Job Description

Position: Program Analyst

Qualififaction: B.Tech (IT,CS) / MCA (Completed)

Location: A-1405, Tower- T3, NX-ONE, Plot No- 17, Techzone-4, Noida Extension, Greater Noida West,
UP.

Mode of work: On-site (Work from Office) only (9.30AM to 6.30PM)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for analysing complex datasets, generating insightful reports, and providing data-driven
recommendations to support our IT operations and strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong
background in data analysis, database management, and the ability to work closely with various
stakeholders to optimize IT processes.

Key Responsibilities:

 Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
 Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor IT performance and key metrics.
 Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable
insights.
 Perform data mining and predictive analysis to support decision-making processes.
 Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
 Assist in the design and implementation of data models, databases, and data management
systems.
 Provide data-driven recommendations to improve IT operations, processes, and strategies.
 Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
 Stay updated with the latest trends in data analysis and IT technologies.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
OR MCA (Completed).

Preferred Qualifications:

 Knowledge of data analysis tools like: - SQL Database.
