* The petitioner most humbly submits as under: -
1. That the petitioner is the permanent resident of the above
address and law abiding citizen of India and having very
good faith and trust. over the judicial system. Copies of
Aadhar Card, Family ID and Ration Card are annexed
herewith as Annexure-A to C respectively
2. That the father of the Petitioner namely Sh Sujit Kumar
Banerjee expired on 24.05.2021 and the mother .of the
petitioner namely Indrani Banerjee expired on 23.10.2022
intestate leaving behind the Petitioner as their sole legal

Crossing, Gurugram,
having an amount Rs.
2744/- as on 07.07.2022.
5. That the petitioner is son of the deceased and there is no
other legal heir or authorized representative of the
deceased other than the petitioner, As per the last wishes
of the deceased, the petitioner has every right, title and
an . Nterest in respect of the above mentioned bank deposits
and locker. The deceased remained with the petitioner till
his last breath and_ petitioner served him as per his
wishes.
That there is no impediment to issue the above said
succession certificate in favour of the Petitioner.
That as per Succession Act 1925, the Petitioner is entitled
for the succession of the above said bank deposits and
locker containing Gold and silver ornament of deceased
Sujit Kumar Banerjee & Indrani Banerjee.
That the instant petition is being filed by the Petitioner on
genuine, legal and lawful grounds.
That the petitioner is residing and one of the bank
account of the deceased lying with Allahabad Bank,
Branch Sector-4/7 Crossing, Gurugram situated within the
territorial jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court, hence. this
Hon’ble Court has got jurisdiction to try and decide this
petition.

is, therefore, humbly prayed that the necessary
SUCCESSION CERTIFICATE in respect of the above

para No. 4 (f) of the petition may kindly be granted or
issued in favour of the petitioner, to meet and served the
ends of justice,
Any other relief(s) which this Hon’ble Court may
deems fit and proper be also granted in favour of the
Petitioner.
