Please review the following terms carefully and for additional explanation of this
agreement.
1. TERMS OF PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Prices are based on FOB Indonesia (Tanjung Perak Port, Surabaya East Java Indonesia).
Method of payment: Bank transfer (TT).
Make a down payment of 50% to start production a second payment of 30% after the order
is made up to 50% of the order quantity (Order Confirmation) in an allocated bank account
or on behalf of our company.
We will ship your order once we receive the remaining 20% ​of your bill.
Original documents will be provided to you once payment is received.
Minimum order is 1 x 20 ft container.
2. PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS

Estimated production time required:

20 feet: 25-30 working days or shorter
40 feet: 30-35 working days or shorter
Note: The estimates above do not include the time needed to conceptualize new packaging for
your brand (if you don't already have one).

3. QUALITY CONTROL

We pay great attention to produce coconut charcoal briquettes according to your

specifications. Each production batch is tested separately. .
We are pleased to see your staff at our charcoal briquette plant in Indonesia. You can come at
any time to monitor the production process and container filling. Please come to our factory to
check the quality or you hire an independent surveyor who will do it for you.
4. RAW MATERIAL

We prioritize the quality of coconut charcoal products. with 100% natural raw materials from
coconut shell charcoal without any chemical mixture. As for the adhesive we use tapioca flour
with the rose brand brand. the best tapioca flour brand in Indonesia.

5. WARRANTY

We do our best to produce coconut charcoal briquettes based on your specifications and
requests. We also know that sometimes things go wrong – we're ready to take care of them. If
the specifications of our coconut charcoal briquettes turn out to be different from what we
promised – we will change or refund them. If you make money from our charcoal – we will make

6. OEM OR PRODUCTION UNDER YOUR BRAND

Yes, we do OEM production and produce coco

nut charcoal with your brand & design. All of our charcoal is produced under our customer's brand. Send us
your packaging design and we will print it for you.We don't do our own design. Our main focus and
specialization is producing coconut charcoal briquettes for hookahs and shisha. We are not designers, we are
manufacturers. Our main focus is to make good coconut charcoal for wholesale and wholesale buyers with
certain parameters.
.Please note that our prices include printing the inner box with a standard design on 230 gr full color
cardboard. If you need other paper or laminating, embossing – contact us to recalculate printing costs.

7. HOW TO ORDER?

To order bulk coconut charcoal briquettes for hookah & shisha – select charcoal specifications. We produce
Premium type coconut charcoal briquettes. In addition, we can produce coconut charcoal according to your
specification.

production date, availability and issue your invoice. You are welcome to visit our charcoal factory to see and
test the coconut charcoal briquettes yourself.
Coconut charcoal briquettes production takes 7 days to fill a 20ft container. Please confirm the schedule in
advance, because we also serve other clients.
8. CAN I VISIT YOUR FACTORY?

Yes, please come and visit our coconut charcoal factory in Mojokerto, East Java, Indonesia. Let us know your
arrival date and time and we will pick you up at the airport in Surabaya. We send our car to take you and show
you our production process. It takes about 1 hour drive from the airport to our charcoal factory. We can also
help arrange your accommodation in Mojokerto.
Most of our first wholesale buyers come and visit our factory for the first time purchase. You need to see the
production process, our staff, packing and container filling.
