Purpose: -

This report is used to check the FG Sales Quantity and Value done for the selected time period against
the customers selected from LOV or for all customers.

Step-1 Login

Option Selection
Step-2:- Select Run Request option from respective unit.

Step-3:- Select Unit

Step: 4:- Below screen appears. Click on Refresh.

Step-5:- In the below screen click on Connect.

Step: 6:- Below screen appears, fill the details.

Step: 7:- After filling the details, then press Go button.

Step: 8:- Below screen appears.

Click on GO after filling

Step-9:- Choose the responsibility from LOV (List of value) in which “Sales Register” responsibility option
available.

Step-10:- Below screen will appear & press Continue.

Click on
Continue.

Step-11:- Below screen will appear, showing workbooks of “OM Sales Report”.

Step-12:- Click as shown below to see the LOV of report.

Step-13:-Select one request for which output required.

Step-14:- Below screen appears, fill the input parameters for which sales report to be run.

Step-15:- Here click over “torch” – to initiate search from LOV.

Step- 16:- Select one unit as “Dispatch Unit” from the result of search.

Step- 17:- Move the selected Dispatch Unit from Left to the Right.

Step- 18:- Below screen appears, now search for customers if we want to check sales for a particular
customer in a unit otherwise left “Customer name” and “Customer Site” as BLANK. Then fill the period
for which OM Sales Report to run. Then press Go.

Step- 19:- Below screen appears, showing the execution of OM Sales Report as per the input parameters
given.

Step- 20:- After report query executed,report output will come as below in table.

Step- 21:- we can export this report output by click on Export.
Click on
EXPORT

Step- 22:- Then select the report output format.

Step- 23:- Select report output type as MS Excel format.

Step- 24:- Now the report is ready to export in the selected format.
