Abstract

Allen Glimpse is a webpage that has the information about the College faculty, classes of different
branches and courses available in the college campus. This college website serves as a central hub
for students, faculty, and staff to access important information and resources related to the
institution. It provides a user-friendly interface with easy navigation, allowing visitors to quickly
find the information they need. The website features a variety of content, including news, events,
academic programs, admissions information, student services, and campus resources. It is designed
to be mobile-friendly, ensuring that users can access the website on any device. The college website

AIM of this project

The main aim of designing and developing this Internet banking System Java primarily based
Engineering project is to provide secure and efficient net banking facilities to the banking
customers over the internet. Apache Server Pages, MYSQL database used to develop this bank
application where all banking customers can login through the secured web page by their account
login id and password. Users will have all options and features in that application like get money
from western union, money transfer to others, and send cash or money to inter banking as well as
other banking customers by simply adding them as payees.

Main Purpose
Information Dissemination: The college webpage aims to provide comprehensive and up-to-date
information about the institution. This includes details about academic programs, faculty,
admissions criteria, campus facilities, research opportunities, extracurricular activities, and more.
It serves as a primary source for prospective students, parents, and stakeholders to gather necessary
information.
Recruitment and Marketing: The webpage acts as a marketing tool to attract prospective students,
faculty, and staff. It showcases the unique features, strengths, achievements, and values of the

institution.

1. Feasibility Study
Creating a college website is not only feasible but also considered essential in today's digital age.
The feasibility of a college website depends on various factors, including budget, resources,
expertise, and the desired features.
Their main considerations are involved in feasibility analysis are:

1.1 . Costing Feasibility:

Developing a basic college website can be relatively affordable, especially with numerous website
builders and content management systems available for free or at low cost. However, more
advanced features, customization, and ongoing maintenance may require a larger budget.

1.2. Technical Feasibility:

Using modern web development tools, frameworks, and content management systems (such as
WordPress, Drupal, or Squarespace) can simplify the process and make website maintenance more
manageable.

1.3. Content Management:

A feasible website involves having a content strategy in place. This includes ensuring accurate and
updated information, engaging multimedia content, and a user-friendly interface.

1.4. User Experience:

The feasibility of a college website relies on providing a seamless and intuitive user experience
across devices (desktops, tablets, mobile phones). This includes responsive design, easy
navigation, and fast loading times.

2. Requirement Specification

2.1. Hardware Specifications:

It is recommended that the minimum configuration for the clients is as given below:

● Processor-Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU

● Android enabled GSM/CDMA phone
● 128MB RAM or More
● 32-bit operating system ● Hard disk-160GGB

2.2. Software Specifications:

It is recommended that software used should be as given below:

● Platform used : Xampserver-2.0,HeidiSql
● Application front end : HTML
● Back end : Mysql-5.1.36
● Web Front end : PHP-5.3.0, HTML, Bootstrap and CSS
● Operating system : Windows11, Android

Front end:

We used rich set validation controls provided by PHP. The designing of the project is done by CSS
and HTML we used client side validation not serve side. The form is not submitted until User fills
in correct data. It is extremely useful to restrict mistakes by users.

Back end:

We have used MYSQL as back end. SQL is a standard language for accessing and manipulating
databases.

● Large database and space management.

● High availability.
● Support DBMS concept.
● Stores large amount of information.

Front end and back end security:

Front end security:

This security level is developed or designed by the software developer or designer. He/she
provides his /her software security for the system, by considering many factors regarding to
the particular software. In this software following are used to provide security:

Back end security:

In this particular software our back end used is MYSQL. So all the inbuilt security aspects
provided by the MYSQL -Server database is used here. It provides a strong feature of security
so that it will be difficult to change, modify any personal or universal data. Information is vital
to success but when damaged or in the wrong hands, it can threaten success. MYSQL provides
intensive security features to safe guard your information from both unauthorized viewing and
intentional or inadvertent damage. This security is provided by granting or revoking privileges
on a person-by-person and privilege-by-privilege basis.
Development tool:

To implement this application, only free available tools are used, which make this project
economically sustainable.

The tools used for the implementation are:

● PHP as scripting language for web development. ●

WampServer as a Software Database
● MySQL as database management system.
 3. Designing

Designing a college website involves several considerations to ensure that it provides a

 Navigation: The website should have clear, easy-to-use navigation menus that allow
users to quickly find the information they need. The navigation menu should be
located in a prominent place on the website, such as at the top of the page or in a
sidebar.

 Branding: The website should be consistent with the college's branding, including
the use of the college's logo, color scheme, and typography. This will help to create
a cohesive and professional look and feel for the website.

 Responsive Design: The website should be designed with a responsive layout that
adapts to different screen sizes, including mobile devices. This is important to
ensure that the website is accessible and user-friendly for all visitors, regardless of
the device they are using.

 Content: The website should feature high-quality content that is relevant,

informative, and engaging for visitors. This may include information about the
college's programs, admissions process, campus life, student support services, and
more.

 Multimedia: The website should incorporate multimedia elements, such as images,

videos, and infographics, to enhance the user experience and make the content more
engaging and accessible.
  Call-to-Action Buttons: The website should include prominent call-to-action
buttons that encourage visitors to take specific actions, such as applying to the
college, scheduling a campus tour, or contacting the admissions office.

 Social Media Integration: The website should be integrated with the college's social
media channels, allowing visitors to easily connect with the college and stay up-
todate on news and events.

By incorporating these design elements, a college website can provide a user-friendly,

4. Testing
Website testing is a critical element of software quality assurance and represent the ultimate review
of specification design, coding, purpose of product testing is to verify and validate various work
products via unit integrated unit, final product to ensure that they meet their requirements.

Testing Objectives:

Basically testing is done for the following purposes.

• Testing is a process of executing program with the intent of finding an error.

• A good test case is one that has a high probability of finding an as yet undiscovered error.

• Successful test case is one that uncovers an as yet undiscovered error.

Our objective is to design test cases that systematically uncover different classes of error and do so
with a minimum amount of time and effort. This process has two parts:

• Planning:

This involves writing and reviewing unit integration, functional, validation and acceptance test
plans.

• Execution:

This involves executing these test plans, measuring Collecting data and very fine if it meets the
quality criteria. Data collected is used to make appropriate changes in the plans related to
development and testing. The quality of a product or item can be achieved by ensuring that the
product meets the requirements by planning and conducting the following tests at various stages.

engaged in manufacturing and export of finished leather, leather products and textile garments.

The parent company, Aminsons Leather Finishers Pvt., was incorporated as private limited
company on January 14, 1980. It was converted into a public limited company on December 22,
1984 and its name changed to Aminsons Limited on February 21, 1989. In addition, five group
companies – Super House Limited, Super Garments Limited, Sharp Leathers Limited, Super
Footwear Limited and Allen Shoes Limited – were merged with Aminsons Limited in 1994, 1995
and 1996 as per the orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature, Allahabad.

The name of the company was changed to Superhouse Leathers Limited on March 4, 1996
and finally Superhouse Limited on November 10, 2006 with the approval of the Registrar of
Companies, Kanpur (U.P).

From a single tannery in the 1980's producing finished leather, Superhouse Group has
emerged as one of the largest players in the industry. We started with a commitment to excel,
achieve and deliver the very best. Towards this end, we engineer, optimize and control every
phase of the manufacturing process from raw material to finished products to ensure that end
products are of the highest quality and also the best value for money for our clients.</b>.</p>
