Before First Use

1. Please verify the product number and ensure all accessories are included.
2. Obtain a 4G Nano SIM Card in advance.
3. Ensure this 4G Nano Card supports GPRS and incoming call notifications.
4. Install the “Se Tracker 2” App on your smartphone.

App Connectivity

A. Download
Option 1: Scan the QR code below by the
smart phone to download the “Se Tracker 2”
App.
Option 2: Navigate to the watch’s device
information, scan the watch’s QR code to
download “Se Tracker 2” App. Android / IOS

B. Register & Log In

Please follow the app's instructions to register and log

in to your account. For first-time users, please create
an account to sign up. Once the account is created, you
can use your username and password to log in to the app.
You can also change the language and country settings
for easier use.

C. Pairing

1. Scan the registration QR Code on the back of the watch

or enter the 15-digit registration number.
2. Navigate to the watch's "Information" section, find the
registration QR Code, and use your phone to scan it.

SIM Card Installation

1. Please remove the SIM card plate from its slot using the provided tools.
2. Adjust the SIM card at the proper angle
3. Insert it back into the smartwatch.

Power ON/OFF

Power On: Press and hold the switch until the watch powers on.
Power Off:
Method 1: Long press the switch button to power off the watch (applicable when
no SIM card is inserted).
Method 2: Navigate to the watch's “Settings” menu, find the “Power off” option,
select it, and confirm to power off.
Method 3: Use the mobile phone’s “Se Tracker 2” App, find the “Power off” option,
select it, and confirm to power off remotely.

 Functions Introduction

LBS+GPS+WIFI Location System: In “Se Tracker 2” App you can view the real-time
location in the app.
Historical Track: You can review the watch’s historical track in the app.
Geo-Fence (Safety Zone): You can set a designated area in the app’s map. If the
watch exits this area, you will receive a warning message from the app.
Weather Prediction: The watch can automatically update local weather
information.
Address Book (Contacts): The watch can store up to 15 contact numbers, which
are configurable via the app.
Dialing: The watch can dial numbers. You can enable or disable this function in
the app.
SOS: The watch can store 3 SOS emergency calling numbers. Pressing the SOS
button on the watch will cause it to repeatedly dial these numbers, and a warning
message will be sent to the app. If there is no response, it will repeat dialing for
2 rounds.
Text Message Setting: It will send a text message to the designated emergency
contact if the SOS call is unanswered.
Voice Monitor: The app can activate the watch to automatically dial a designated
number without alerting the child.
Reject Unknown Calls: Enable this function and the watch will only receive calls
from numbers preset in the app. Disable this function to allow calls from any
number.
Alarm Clock: You can set up to three alarms through the app.
Camera: Allows for taking photos.
Album: Photos can be saved, deleted, or uploaded to the app.
Remote Camera: The app can activate the watch’s camera, and the captured
photo will be uploaded to the app.
Video Call (FaceTime): The app supports video calls with the watch.
DND (Do Not Disturb): Allows setting up to four different periods to block all
messages and phone calls.
Settings: Change watch faces, adjust volume (+/-), control the watch’s brightness,
set the time and date, toggle VoLTE, power the device on/off, and view device

information (model number, version number, IMEI number).
Device Information:
1. View registration information.
2. Access app download link.
Math Game: Engage in quick math practice.
Stopwatch: Use for timing acitivities.
Calculator: Perform calculations.
Family Member: Display all accounts previously linked to this watch.
Reward System: Parents can award "Heart shape" rewards that will be displayed
on the watch.
Remote Power Off: The app can remotely turn off the watch.
Remote Restart: The app can remotely restart the watch.

Connection Troubleshooting
If the watch has no internet or any connection, please check the following:
1. Ensure the watch is powered off when you insert the SIM card. After insertion,
power on the watch or try restarting it.
2. Verify that your SIM card has an active data plan to access the internet.
3. Make sure the SIM card was inserted correctly and securely at the right angle.
