Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven React Developer (Fresher) to join our
development team. As a fresher React Developer, you will work closely with senior
developers to design and develop responsive web applications using JavaScript and
React.js. You will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the
development of modern, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities:
 Collaborate with the development team to build and maintain web applications using
React.js.
 Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in JavaScript and React.
 Work with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
 Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
 Troubleshoot and debug application issues and improve performance.
 Assist in writing unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality code.
 Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to front- end
development.

Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or relevant
work experience).
 Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
 Basic understanding of React.js and its core principles.
 Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices.
 Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
 Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
 Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:
 Familiarity with Redux or other state management libraries.
 Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
 Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git.
 Experience with front-end build tools such as npm, yarn, or Webpack.
 Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

Compensation:

 First month: The initial month will be an unpaid training period where you will receive
hands-on learning and mentorship.
 After the first month: You will be offered a salary of 10,000 INR per month following the
successful completion of the training.
 After six months: The salary will be revised based on your performance and contribution
to the team.
