Dear sir,

I’m writing to express my interest that I would like to do volunteer unpaid work at your
hospital because I would like to contribute volunteer work as a staff member in my free time.
Volunteering work at hospital would not only give me back to community work but also gain
valuable experience in healthcare environment.

I would be able to do as an assisting in non-medical task such as helping a nurse and


observe a patient’s health and hygiene, reception work, delivering meals and supporting
administrative work. I am particularly interested in this area to interact with patient and
dealing patient how to give emotionally support to improve health life, as I believe providing
comfort and secure environment is a key part of enhancing to hospital experience.
In term of availability, I am free on weekdays evening and on weekend after 4:00pm. I would
really glad to discuss a schedule with you that work best for hospital.
