Abstract:- INTRODUCTION:-
This project creates a system that detects smoke The MQ2 sensor continuously monitors the air for
and automatically turns on an exhaust fan to smoke and gas concentrations .When smoke is

detect smoke particles and triggers the fan to microcontroller .The microcontroller processes the
start , improving indoor air quality and signal and activates the exhaust fan to remove the
redusing fire risks. When smoke clears ,the fan smoke. The system can be integrated with other

in kitchens ,industries and homes to ensure a
safe and heathy environment.
Our project is about creating a smart system
that helps keep the air clean and safe .It uses a
special sensor to detect smoke and automatically
turns on a fan to remove it. This system is useful
in places where smoke can be a problem , like
kitchens or factories .

A relay is an electrically operated switch that uses
electromagnetic induction to convert small
electrical signals into larger currents.
The MQ-2 is a gas sensor that detects smoke and
combustible gases, such as propane, hydrogen, and
LPG. It's commonly used in domestic gas leak
detectors and alarms.
The LM7805 is a voltage regulator integrated
circuit (IC) that provides a constant 5-volt output
voltage. It's a three-terminal device with an input
pin, a ground pin, and an output pin.
