Department of Science Arts and Technology Band showcasing their love for music.
"SERENATA: A Valentine Hangover" was a lively event organized for the students of Palawan State
University-Palawan College of Arts and Trades. This post-Valentine's Day celebration extended the
joyous spirit of Valentine's Day, allowing students to continue the festivities.
