Work Experience:

• Overseeing distillation, controlling heat, cooling to separate ethanol, and minimizing impurities. Monitoring
fermentation, ideal conditions for microorganisms converting sugars to ethanol. Ethanol dehydration with
specialized equipment for water removal. Regular quality checks to meet specifications and safety standards.
troubleshooting, maintenance, and corrective actions for smooth operation. Keeping detailed records, and
communicating with the team and supervisors for consistent, high-quality ethanol production while adhering to
protocols and regulations.

• As an Equipment Operation Monitoring Maintenance Specialist in the distillery, I ensured the smooth and safe
functioning of critical equipment. I conducted inspections, calibrations, and maintenance checks, utilizing
