INSTRUCTION 1. a) Hall Ticket will not, on any account, be sent to the candidates directly. Candidates must obtain their Hall Tickets from the Chief-Superintendent of the respective centre at which they are to be, appeared, during three days before the commencement of the Examination. b) CHANGE OF CENTRE WILL NOT BE GRANTED c) Examination Centre Intimation card will not be sent. Candidate should write the examination, at the college where he / she underwent and completed the course. 2. Candidates must write their name as previously registered in the University records. If there is any discrepancy in the name, candidates should forward their +2 marks statement (attested copy ) for necessary corrections in the University records. If a change in the name has been recognized by the University, the name under which the candidate had already been enrolled in the University records should also be given. 3. a) There shall be no internal evaluation. There shall be minimum of 35% in the external evaluation for a pass in each paper. b) Examination will be conducted for all the semester both in November and April Examinations. 4. Candidate should give such a complete address with PINCODE as would ensure any communication by post reaching them without delay.

5. a) Application for admission to the examination together with the State Bank of India chalan must be forwarded so as to be received by the Controller of Examinations within the prescribed date. b) Application received without the Bank Chalan towards the prescribed fee will be rejected. c) Money Orders, Cheques and Treasury Chalans will not be accepted under any circumstances and therefore remittance should be made only by State Bank of India Chalan under Madurai Kamaraj University A/c. No. 1. or demand draft in favour of The Registrar, Madurai Kamaraj University, payable at Madurai. d) Applications received without the correct particulars required in several columns will be rejected. e) The fee once paid will not be refunded or heldover for a subsequent examination. 7. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS WITH REGARD TO PHOTOS a) Private candidates should submit with their applications two clear recent copies of passport size photographs. The actual size (excluding the margin of the photo) furnished should be 3 x 2 showing the bust of the candidate. Each copy of the photo print should have 1 MARGIN at the top and 1 width at the bottom. The signature of the candidate must be affixed along the margin at the top and that of the certifying Officer with seal should be along the margin at the bottom. b) One copy of the photograph should be pasted in the space marked in the application form and the other should be pasted in the IDENTIFICATION CERTIFICATE attached with the application. c) The candidate should sign his / her full signature along the top margin of the photocopies. The signature on the photocopies should confirm in every detail to the signature at the bottom of the application. d) Application received without the photo duly signed as per rules will not be registered. e) Each copy of the candidates photograph and application form should be attested by the principal of the college where the student last studied.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

Any grievance related to examination has to be set right by the student through the Principal of the college concerned prior to the commencement of next semester examination.
