Objectives:

The following are the objectives of this project:

1.) To install and configure, established Hardware and Software Configuration.
2.) To install, established wired network in the laboratory.
3.) To install Automatic Voltage Regulator on every computer.
4.) To repair of computer hardware, procurement of spare parts, and air-
condition.

Rationale:

Tacurong National High School is public school that has a population of more than six
thousand (6000) students for both SHS and JHS. In JHS alone, it ranges to 2216 (October 27,
2023, enrolment data). Coping up with this huge number, a laboratory that will suit the
demand for innovative learning for this learner is necessary. The laboratory should be well
equipped and prepared always for the maximum learning experiences and competencies to
be learned. In addition, the said venue is also become the test area for ICT related exams,
and hands-on activities.
With these vast challenges of the 21st century, the proponent looking to have various
materials, tools, and equipment to be used for the operation, maintenance, and
rehabilitation of the JHS ICT Laboratory 2. This will also include configuration in both
Hardware and Software, installation of the established wired system network, installation of

Automatic Voltage Regulators, repair of computer hardware, procurement of spare parts,
and air-condition.

Brief Description:

This program will cover the installation and configuration of hardware and software in the
JHS ICT Laboratory 2. It also includes secured operation of each computer by installing
Automatic Voltage Regulator to present damage due to power shortage and surge. Key
factor also, is to have an established wired network system and computer will not be
depending on its connection through WiFi Network. In addition, this program will
rehabilitate the usage and utilization of the JHS ICT Laboratory 2 which have been dormant
for 4 years due to lack of ventilation.

Investment or ROI. This will be a long-term approach and will be determined lasting and
long-term durability of the ICT Equipment and the laboratory itself. This will serve as ICT
teaching-learning integration for all subjects across and within the curriculum.
