2. Please be informed that on November 27, 2021 at about 4:50PM A joint operation conducted
by PNP Personnel of San Miguel MPS led by PCPT DOMINICK R PARREÑO - OIC, and 2nd
SDS-PMFC in Purok 8 Lamintao, Brgy. Siagao, San Miguel, Surigao del sur against MOST
WANTED PERSON which resulted to the arrest of one ALDO MACA GUINSOD “aka Talo”, 37
years old, married, farmer and a resident of aforementioned by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the
crime of MURDER, docketed Criminal Case No. 8015-20 issued by HON. EDWIN M
MALAZARTE, Presiding Judge, RTC, 11th Judicial Region, Branch 27, Tandag City, Surigao del
Sur dated February 17, 2021.
3. Subject person was informed of his constitutional rights including his rights on Anti-
Torture Law and was temporarily detained at this station for proper disposition.
4. Further the said most wanted person was listed Top 8 in Provincial level EMPO/CTG’s
Priority Target in Surigao del sur (Attached Scan copy of Warrant of Arrest and Mug
shot).
