 This Proforma is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
 The above-mentioned amount is inclusive of GST.
 100% of the payment along with the work order/approval of the quote.
 BIOTECH will supply the order within seven working days of receiving the payment (or as agreed directly).
 Civil work such as unloading at the site (in case of union labour problem) must be undertaken by the beneficiary.
 If any Taxes & duties unforeseen and not included are applicable, the same may be the liability of the customer.
Specific Terms:
 The customer should provide the necessary electricity if it is required to unload the culture.
