that students are abiding by the school's policies, particularly those concerning the prohibition of certain
items on school premises.
This warrant permit grants authorized school personnel the right to conduct searches of students'
bags for the following items:
Authorized Personnel:

accordance with students' rights. Searches are to be done during school hours and within school
premises.
2. Witness: A member of the school's faculty or a student representative (e.g., class officer) should be
present during the search to ensure transparency.

violate school policies will be documented and confiscated.
4. Documentation: A detailed record of the search, including the date, time, the reason for the search,
and any items found, must be kept. Confiscated items should be listed, and the students involved should
sign the document to acknowledge the search and the items taken.
