WARRANT PERMIT TO SEARCH BAGS OF SHS STUDENTS

Dr. Panfilo Castro National High School

To Whom It May Concern:

In light of maintaining a safe and secure educational environment, the administration of Dr. Panfilo
Castro National High School has deemed it necessary to implement precautionary measures to ensure
that students are abiding by the school's policies, particularly those concerning the prohibition of certain
items on school premises.

This warrant permit grants authorized school personnel the right to conduct searches of students'
bags for the following items:

1. Cellphones(unless explicitly allowed under specific circumstances)

2. Vapes or any electronic smoking devices

3. Prohibited items as outlined in the school's code of conduct

Authorized Personnel:

Only the following individuals are authorized to conduct the searches:

-Supreme Secondary Learners Government(SSLG) Officers


Conditions of Search:

1. Scope: Searches are to be conducted in a manner that is respectful, minimally intrusive, and in
accordance with students' rights. Searches are to be done during school hours and within school
premises.

2. Witness: A member of the school's faculty or a student representative (e.g., class officer) should be
present during the search to ensure transparency.

3. Procedure: Students should be informed of the purpose of the search, and any items found that
violate school policies will be documented and confiscated.

4. Documentation: A detailed record of the search, including the date, time, the reason for the search,
and any items found, must be kept. Confiscated items should be listed, and the students involved should
sign the document to acknowledge the search and the items taken.

5. Notification: Parents or guardians of the students whose bags were searched will be notified of the
search and any items confiscated.

Purpose: This measure is implemented to uphold the school's commitment to providing a safe learning
environment and to discourage the possession and use of prohibited items that may disrupt the
educational process.

By the authority vested to us, we authorize the implementation of this warrant permit effective
immediately.
