1. Ruang Lingkup / Scope Of Works

a. Yang termasuk dalam pekerjaan ini meliputi pengadaan tenaga kerja,
bahan-bahan, perlengkapan dan alat-alat bantu lainnya yang diperlukan
dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang bermutu baik dan sempurna.

2. Syarat /condition
a. Penyediaan ACP ini dipersyaratkan mempunyai surat dukungan dari
principle atau distributor disertai dengan surat penunjukan distributor
resmi.
The provision of ACP is required to have a letter of support from the
principal or distributor along with a letter of appointment of an
authorized distributor.
b. Bahan / material utama yang digunakan adalah aluminium composite
panel, merupakan produk yang disetujui oleh konsultan pengawas dan
owner / pengguna. c. material pendukung pekerjaan ini adalah rangka
hollow galvanis ukuran 40 x 40 x 1 mm, berbagai baut pengikat rangka

hollow ke dinding dan baut-baut pengikat aluminium composite panel

terhadap rangka hollow.

beberapa kriteria berikut ini : - tebal material : 4,00 mm - tebal
aluminium : 0.30 mm - coating / lapisan luar : pvdf - ukuran produk :
1220 x 2440mm dan 1220 x 4880mm - tahan terhadap : cuaca udara
kering atau lembab

3) Jam kerja yang diperbolehkan dimana pekerjaan erection dilaksanakan

4) Siapkan alat dan bahan sesuai kebutuhan pada proses pekerjaan modif

5) Pekerja melakukan briefing dan tool box meeting sebelum memulai

6) Pekerja menyiapkan peralatan yang akan digunakan untuk melakukan

7. Langkah kerja / Standar Operasional Prosedur

a. Set scaffolding untuk area pemasangan acp sesuai dengan metode

pemasangan scaffolding.
Set scaffolding for the ACP installation area according to the scaffolding
installation method.

b. Scaffolding diberikan penguatan/support berupa besi siku yang di las SMAW

E6013 dan ditempel kediding.
Scaffolding is given reinforcement / support in the form of angle iron welded
by E6013 and attached to the wall.

c. pekerjaan harus dilakukan oleh sub kontraktor yang bergerak dibidang

pemasangan aluminium composite panel.
The work shall be carried out by a Sub-contractor engaged in the
installation of Aluminium Composite Panel.

d. Dinding pasangan batu bata yang telah diplester rata dipasang rangka
besi plat dengan tebal 10 mm untuk dudukan dan gantungan rangka lain
yang ditempel alumunium composit panel, lalu besi plat/siku dudukan
rangka ini di dinabolt ke dinding untuk menempelkannya.

e. Produksi modul acp sesuai spesifikasi pada gambar teknik.

f. Selanjutnya rangka hollow galvanis ukuran 40x40x1mm atau 40X60

MM dirangkai dengan modul sesuai dengan gambar .

g. Pastikan ukuran marking setiap modul sudah sesuai dengan gambar

rancangan.

h. Pekerja pemotongan harus menggunakan alas khusus pemotong acp agar

mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai..

i. Selanjutnya Aluminium Composite Panel digelar di rangka tersebut

dengan di-scrup di bagian sisinya dan pada bagian bawah rangka,
aluminium composit ditekuk kedalam dan dipisher di bagian dalam ke
rangka hollow.

j. Mobilisasi material menggunakan cara manual ke area pengangkatan.

l. Kemudian rangka hollow/ ( bracket siku) yang sudah terpasang

aluminium composite tadi di pasang pada besi siku/plat dan dipisher
sebagai penguatnya.

reinforcement.

m. Bagian sambungan antar panel digunakan sealant sebagai penutup,

dengan. Serta bersihkan permukaan panel dari sealant dengan
menggunakan lap bersih agar sealant tidak menempel di panel.

n. Pada bagian panel yang menonjol digunakan hollow yang agak panjang.
