"Installation On Windows"
To Install X - Eight On Windows,
You Just Need To Use The Installer Which
Will Guide You Through The Entire Installation Process.

1-Open X - Eight 2.0.0.exe.


2-Windows Will Ask If You Want To Run This File. Agree To It.
3-You Will Be Greeted With The Installer Title Screen, Go To The Next Step.
4-Select The Folder Where You Will Install X - Eight VST.
5-Now You Can See a List Of Components To Install. Click Next.
6-Finish! X - Eight Is Ready To Work!

Agree And Continue Select The Destination And Continue Select The Formats And Continue Wait So The Files Gets Copied X - Eight Is Ready :)

Your DAW needs to scan in the newly


installed plugin(s) after the installation.

"Installation On macOS"
To Install X - Eight On Mac,
You Just Need To Use The Installer
Which Will Guide You Through The Entire Installation Process.

1-Just Right Click (Or Ctrl+click) On The X - Eight 2.0.0.pkg Installer, And Select “Open”
2-This Might Give You A Warning That You Can Ignore.
3-Click “Open” To Proceed With The Installation.
4-Now Follow Installer Steps.
5-Now You Can See a List Of Components To Install. Click Next.
6-Finish! X - Eight Is Ready To Work!

Click Continue Agree And Continue Click Install Wait So The Files Gets Copied X - Eight Is Ready :)

Your DAW needs to scan in the newly


installed plugin(s) after the installation.

"Important"
-- For Mac Users A “Logout” Is Necessary After The Installation.
- X - Eight Will Show Up As "Thenatan / X - Eight2" On Your Plugins List

Samples Installation
When You Run The Plugin For The First Time,
You Will Be Asked To Select The Folder Where
The Samples Were Copied.

Click On the "Choose Sample Folder Button"


And Select Folder Where You Placed the X - Eight Samples Folder.

X-Eight2 Samples

"Samples Installed Successfully!"


Now, Click On “Ok” Close X - Eight, And Load It Once Again. Enjoy :)

X - Eight ² First Run


Activation Box License Status
Enter the License Key Red: Demo Mode
(that you get with the purchase) Green: Activated
in the Box and press Submit button.

Relocate The Samples


If At Some Point After Installation
You Move The Samples To A Different Location,
You Will Need To Redirect The Sample Libraries Search Path.
Relocate Your Samples Using Change Samples Location.
