We're an early-stage AI startup focused on enhancing contact centre operations by integrating advanced AI into their
workflows. Our flagship product, SentiVue, provides actionable insights from contact centre conversations to enhance
customer experiences. We're transitioning SentiVue from MVP to a market-ready product and are looking for a Senior
Technical Developer to lead this exciting transformation.

What the Job Is About


As a Senior Technical Developer, you're the technological pillar of our product development. You'll drive the technical
evolution of SentiVue, turning innovative ideas into reliable, market-ready software. This role is about hands-on
development, architectural decision-making, and pioneering new technologies to elevate customer experiences
through our AI solutions.

What You Will Do


• Lead the development and maintenance of complex web applications using Python and Django, ensuring high
performance and responsiveness.
• Design and implement robust data storage solutions with PostgreSQL, optimising data retrieval and scalability.
• Develop intuitive and responsive interfaces using Bootstrap, enhancing user interface aesthetics and user
experience.
• Seamlessly integrate various APIs into our systems for robust and scalable external communications.
• Manage server-side aspects of our web applications, focusing on NGINX deployment and optimisation.
• Oversee and refine our DevOps practices, including Git and automated pipelines, for efficient and error-free
deployments.
• Expertly handle AKS and Docker environments, ensuring our services are scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Collaborate with the team to ideate and implement innovative solutions, enhancing our market
competitiveness.

You're a tech enthusiast with a talent for building robust and scalable solutions. A problem solver at heart, you're
comfortable with hands-on coding but don’t lose sight of the bigger picture. You thrive in dynamic environments and
are excited to shape the future of AI in contact centres.

What You Will Bring


• Extensive experience using Python and Django, with a portfolio showcasing complex web applications.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Bootstrap for engaging and responsive design.
• Solid experience in API integrations and understanding of server management with NGINX.
• Expertise in DevOps practices, including Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced skills in AKS and Docker for managing containerised applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• A degree in Computer Science or similar, with a couple of years of experience in a software development
house, is preferred.

Bonus Points if You Have


• Experience as a Solution Architect and knowledge in Cloud Architecture.
• Strong grasp of infrastructure, front-end & data security, and proficiency in Data Modelling.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
