ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
KAB SCOUT
Scouting is one of the very important parts of every student’s life; hence this is a
value-laden activity. It builds a character that is useful to the community and to the
society. It imparts learning and teaches skills that are useful in the daily life.
As early as elementary, the pupils are trained in scouting where leadership and
value formation were being molded. Preparation is vital, hence developing the good traits
and establishing the characters are necessary in lining mission and vision of scouting.
Sometimes giving up is not an option at all this is the state of mind whenever an
action or an undertaking must be accomplished. Thus, handling lots of KAB scouts from
grades one to three was somehow not an easy task.
As early as January, a month that PLAY DAY of KAB SCOUT’S held. I prepare
the activities and games where in the physical, mental, creativity and socialization of the
young scout would enhance. An early bird catches an early worm. As early as 10o clock
in the morning of January 21,2023, all were gathered (scouts, parents, and troop leaders)
for the PLAY DAY before the rain poured out on that day, at the venue where scouts will
be play at covert court of Marangal Elementary School. A series of dry runs were made
for the kids to be familiar with the rules and regulations of the games. The kids wear
aside from their official uniform and accessories.
The weather was good and conditional for the play activity, all we thought it will
be poured with rain as a tropical cyclone was anticipated on the day of the event, but God
was so good it was very nice for all. The teachers who help to facilitate the activity was
optimistic, energetic, and willing to lend their assistant for the kids. The event was done
smoothly and the KAB Scout’s kids was enjoyed and gain new friends.
