What is LEAP?
LEAP (Leadership Excellence & Acceleration Program) is a
transformative 3-day workshop developed by NLP Limited
(Dubai), in collaboration with the International Coaching
Federation (ICF) and various industries.

LEAP is an immersive and intensive managerial development

program tailored for senior and middle-level managers. Its
core focus is on mastering the art of achieving results and
fostering transformational leadership skills within the
industrial landscape. This comprehensive program equips
managers with a deep understanding of themselves, their
interpersonal dynamics, and introduces powerful tools to
enhance their proficiency in managing both people and
processes.
Delivery Methodology
Our approach to LEAP is highly interactive and engaging,
incorporating a dynamic blend of individual and group activities.
These exercises provide real-world scenarios, thought-provoking
discussions, and interactive role-playing activities to reinforce
learning and demonstrate practical takeaways from the program.
LEAP is more than a mere program; it's a catalyst for personal and
professional growth in leadership and management.

In person Workshop
During the 3-day in-person workshop, participants will
develop core leadership and management skills.

Post Workshop Coaching

There will be virtual sessions after the workshop. The
group will attend 4 ICF practice coaching sessions as
scheduled with the facilitator and program coach.
