Tracing his lineage back to Clan Duergar,


Dhurdrim "Oathbreaker" Graniteheart was once a
proud leader of his people, a Thuldar of Laduguer.

The other Thuldar had been deceived by the Lord


of the Ninth and overlord of the Nine Hells
-Asmodeus, but they could not see it, they all
perceived this Devil to be the lord Laduguer.

Dhurdrim, alone of his temple, could see the truth


of it.

His people's betrayal of Laduguer and fall into


slavery under Asmodeus sent Dhurdrim into a
rage.

He vigorously defended his belief, arguing strongly


with the other Thuldar of the temple until, by sheer
weight of numbers, he was forced out, branded an
oath breaker and banished.

Since that day he has wandered the Underdark,


seeking and gathering power, in order to break the
enthrallment of his people.

Despite his deep-seated mistrust of other races,


he has found others like himself that can see
clearly and work to thwart Asmodeus’s goals, over
the years this collective few have grown into, the
Order of the Iron Tower, this faction is dedicated to
many things, but chief among them is to thwart
Asmodeus.

Until his people are free, he battles the enthralled,


trying to stop whatever Asmodeus has planned.
