Daily Routine

Morning (Late Start):

10:00 AM - Wake up and morning routine (brush teeth, shower, etc.)

10:30 AM - Healthy breakfast

11:00 AM - Light exercise (yoga, stretching, or a short walk)

11:30 AM - Personal development (reading, learning a new skill, language practice)

Midday:

12:30 PM - Lunch

1:00 PM - Leisure time (hobbies, relaxing, catching up with friends or family)

2:00 PM - Run errands or take care of personal tasks (groceries, laundry, etc.)

Afternoon:

3:00 PM - Creative or project work (if you have personal projects, side gigs, or studies)

4:00 PM - Free time (rest, watch TV, social media)

Pre-Work Preparation:

5:00 PM - Early dinner

5:30 PM - Get ready for work (dress, prepare snacks/meal for work if needed)

6:00 PM - Start work

Evening/Night (Work Hours):

6:00 PM - 1:00 AM - Work

Post-Work Routine:

1:30 AM - Light snack and unwind (listen to music, meditate, or do a relaxing activity)
2:00 AM - Night routine (brush teeth, skincare, etc.)
