5:30 PM - Get ready for work (dress, prepare snacks/meal for work if needed)
Post-Work Routine:
1:30 AM - Light snack and unwind (listen to music, meditate, or do a relaxing activity)
2:00 AM - Night routine (brush teeth, skincare, etc.)
2:30 AM - Sleep
