You can prepare for government job and UGC NET both,
In my opinion once you start preparing for one exam your another exam preparation also get done,what
you need to do is list out the different topics and include them in your preparation accordingly
Priorities your main exam first ,than according to that prepare for it.
Well talking about which one is best,that depends on individual choices,if you want to go for UGC NET,this
is the life time eligibility for being a assistant professor,but that depends on the university interview, which
you need to face,if you are good to go with that, you will get the job.
Another option is government exam, however you didn't mention which government exam,but | am
assuming you are going for school job ,so here you only need to clear the exam if you clear,than you will
get the job.
Once you qualify UGC NET in any subject, you become
le for Assistant professor all over India.
If you want to work in government organizations can apply for the recruitment process with your
UGC NET scorecard,UGC NET qualified candidates can easily get a salary of 45,0001NR per month for
the post of assistant professor, 80,000INR per month for the post of associate professor and
82,000INR per month for the post of professor.
Ifyou become teacher in goverment school then your salary would be - almost
TGT - 33,000 - 45,000
PGT - 45,000 - 60,000
I will mention here that you need to choose , between the two, there is no harm to have choices, you can
prepare for Both
