Welcome! This workbook will show you how to create a Signature Program, step-by-
step, so you can make the impact, earn the income, and experience the freedom you
desire while feeling completely fulfilled.

Before we go any further, let me introduce myself properly!

I’m Peter Scott IV, Founder of Fearless Coach Academy and Author of the best selling
book, “The Fearless Mindset”.

I’m on a mission to help coaches launch and scale highly lucrative coaching businesses

INTRODUCTION
Welcome to your Signature Coaching Program Workbook + Template! This resource will
help you package up your expertise into an irresistible program that will get your
clients incredible results.

Your Signature Program includes all the pieces you’ll be teaching and coaching on,
throughout the course of your client’s journey.

It includes a logical progression of those pieces (the chronological order of the


components of your program). And it includes all the supplementary and supportive
material that you will include to help your client achieve the desired transformation
(eg. worksheets, PDFs, etc).

A Signature Program will allow you to charge premium rates, enroll more dream
clients, and make a bigger impact in the world.

Let's get started!


INTRODUCTION
The approach of offering a Signature Coaching Program is different from a more
traditional “hourly coaching rate” approach, which is not something I recommend you
do as a coach. When you create a Signature Program, you are truly taking your
business to the next level: in terms of your satisfaction, income, and in the results you
will help your clients achieve.

You deserve better than trading dollars for hours!

This workbook will show you how to create a Signature Program so you can actually
make a great income doing what you love, helping people to the highest, and feeling
completely fulfilled.

STEP ONE

01: Pinpoint The Outcome

When building a program, you need to start with the end in mind.

Where are you taking your clients? What's the end game

Your Program Promise is the core, specific reason why someone will want to sign up as
your client. It is not the specific program components you’ll include.

• It solves a specific, tangible problem your ideal client knows they have
• It solves a specific, tangible problem your ideal client is willing to invest in to solve
STEP ONE
Start by thinking of your ideal client…

1. What is the PROBLEM they experience (daily is best):

2. What is the OUTCOME they want instead? (List specific actions or expertise, and
remember that these outcomes can be emotional in nature):

What is the COST of not solving this problem? Ideally this is a true financial cost, but
it could also be an emotional cost, or an opportunity cost.

What is their "WHY"? If I followed your client around for a day, what would I see,
hear or notice is different for them as a result of working with you? We’re looking
for results that are specific and describe in detail what happened for your client.

STEP TWO

02: Map The Journey

At this point, you’re ready to begin structuring your package into phases.

Think: milestones, lessons, and steps. You’re crafting your package to achieve the
stated outcome through your Signature Program.

Basically, chunk your whole program into bite-sized pieces. Here you’re designing your
coaching curriculum and using your expertise to move your client from start to finish.

What are the steps to your process for getting this result?

Whether you’ve achieved this for yourself or done this for clients before, simply think
through what you did and the order you did it in!

Don’t forget the key pieces of advice and smaller results achieved along the way.

One effective way to map the journey is to use sticky notes!

Write down each theme, topic, or milestone on its own sticky note, then put them all
up on a wall.

Move them around until you’ve got them in the order you want.
STEP TWO
Some questions to consider while mapping out the journey:
What skills need to be acquired and what knowledge needs to be gained for your
client to get the promised result?

What is the logical order for your client to achieve these skills, knowledge, or
insights?

Basic outline of steps & preliminary notes:

Once you are clear on the big-picture steps and their order, it's time to complete
the overview template (next page).

For each step, record:

• The number of the step


• The focus of the step (what topic or issue will you focus on during this step)
• The goal of the step (what needs to be achieved by your client for this step to
be complete and to be able to move forward to the next step)
• The homework of the step (what exercises or assignments can your client do on
her own to crystallize this milestone)

STEP THREE

03: Develop & Expand Each Step

Once you are completely clear on the overview of your steps and their order, it's time
to develop and expand each step.

You’ll find a blank Your Signature Program Template sheet on the next page. Simply
print one page per step, for however many steps you have in your own program.

For each step, consider the following issues, and make notes for each step:

• What knowledge needs to be imparted?

• What skills need to be acquired?

• What mindset work needs to be addressed?

• What habits/goals/action steps need to be established as a result of this step?

• What "coaching questions" do you want to ask during this step?

• How will you deliver the content for this step (eg. coaching calls, video lessons,
written tutorials, audio lessons...) — if applicable

always a valuable resource for people and they are very enticing to discuss when
talking with a potential client, or to list out when giving a presentation. Below are

04: Name Your Program

One of the key secrets to having a program that sells is having a compelling title that’s
clear and laser-focused on the client’s results.

Naming your program may seem like a simple, even trivial step — but trust me, it can
have a huge impact on your results.

A program with an irresistible name will outperform the same program with a
lackluster name every time!

On the following page you'll find some simple formulas for creating client grabbing
