17.00 – 06.00 NIGHT SHIFT SHIFT 2

NB:
 Compulsory for every clerkship student

During week I:
 Each student must obtain 2 cases for 2 case reports. Every case report must include patient registration sticker scanned in the document of the patients’ identity. Chief of
clerkship should send the recapitulation of cases taken for case reports (along with the scanned stickers) by the end of week I.
 Each group must obtain 1 case for case presentation. Every case presentation must include patient registration sticker scanned in the document of the patients’
identity. Case Presentation should be in the following order:
1) PENDAHULUAN (Prevalensi, Epidemiologi, Penjelasan singkat perjalanan penyakit dan prognosis kasus)
2) ILUSTRASI KASUS (Identitas, Perjalanan Penyakit, Pemeriksaan Fisik (Generalis, Neurologis, status Lokalis), Resume, Diagnosis, Rencana Pemeriksaan
Penunjang, Rencana Tatalaksana, Follow up)
3) ANALISA KASUS (Analisis riwayat penyakit, pemeriksaan fisik, Diagnosis, Pem Penunjang, Tatalaksana, Prognosis, Saran pada kasus ini)

 Case Presentation must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the presentation scheduled (emailed or hardcopy).

 Chief of clerkship should send the recapitulation of cases taken for case presentations (along with the scanned stickers) by the end of week I. Cases for case presentation
and case reports cannot be the exact same case.
 Each student must fill in STUDENT MEDICAL RECORD every time they see an interesting case/ during shifts, at least 18 cases during rotation.

During entire rotation:

Night shift duty will start from 5 pm (17.00) to 6 am (06.00) (except on holiday consists of 2 shifts: 07-17 and 17-06 the following day) and consists of 2 students/ shift. Students
are stationed in emergency unit (RSUS for week 1, 3 and 5, LV for week 2 and 4), where every 2 students will then proceed to choose one case to be written properly, and
presented in morning report on the following day.

GRAND ROUND:

Each week, Wednesday and Thursday will be reserved for Grand Round, starting from 08.00 AM to 09.00 AM. Grand Round Scheduled can be seen at the last page of the
schedule.

On Grand Round, every student SHOULD have knowledge about the case, and bring GRAND ROUND ATTENDANCE FORM provided.

 Each group communicate with examiner for journal reading topics. Topics are determined by examiner, one topic for one group, BUT one different journal for each
student. Each student will present their own journal. Journal must be within 5 years of publication. Chief of clerkship should send the recapitulation of journal title taken
for journal reading by the end of week II.

 Case Presentation must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the presentation scheduled (emailed or hardcopy).
 Topic should be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the presentation date.
  During week I/II, each student must have completed Mini CEX Evaluation with their preceptor (at least once). MINI CEX Form should be printed and marked
by preceptor.
