1. The session was call to order by Hon. Michaella Lyn M. Tripoli at exactly 3:30 O’clock
in the afternoon with the spiritual prayer lead by Hon. Nichelle J. Catorce SK Kagawad.
The Philippine National Anthem was followed by Hon. Justine Rey C. Enerlan SK
Kagawad.
2. Ms. Lea Mae Sotto, the SK Secretary, makes a roll call and showed that all are presents.
So, Hon. Antonio O. Ballesteros Jr.SK Kagawad declared that the session is with
quorum.

Agenda:

Hon. Michaella Lyn M.Tripoli discussed the first agenda finalize and confirm the schedule
for the Regular Session.
Hon. Michaella Lyn M.Tripoli discussed regarding the specifics and details pertaining to the
S.K Uniform.

Hon. Michaella Lyn M.Tripoli discussed an important point of the meeting the election for a
financial assistant officer. The Chairman of the financial assistant officer is Hon.Althea Amor
A.Avila, Vice-chairman Hon.Nichelle J.Catorce and Member Hon. Antonio O.Ballesteros Jr.

Hon. Michaella Lyn M. Tripoli discussed the planning for the upcoming KK filing, which
was their primary focus during this meeting.

Hon. Michaella Lyn M. Tripoli also discussed the flag ceremony scheduled to take place on
the first Monday of every month.

Hon. Michaella Lyn M. Tripoli lastly give the honor to Jomar P. Sentorias SK treasurer to
discuss the financial report of the December league event.

With no other matters being discussed in the session of the SK Council of E Makinhas,
Baybay City, Leyte adjourned at 5:00 P. M
