to bring to your kind notice about the shortage supply of water in our area during this summer
The problem is quite complex. Our locality has not been receiving normal water supply for many
days. It is owing to the ever increasing pressure of new colonies in outskirts. The water supply to
the new colonies is attached to our established colonies. That’s why sufficient water has not been
supplying to our area. In other seasons, we get sufficient water to fulfil our needs. Because of the
summer season, the shortage of water supply is taken place. Some owners of the houses use
current motors and get excess water in a short time.
We have already met our Municipal Authorities and explain about the severe scarcity of water
supply. But till today they have not responded. I hope that at least after reading this article in your
newspaper, the concerned authorities will respond and take steps to solve the problem.

I am unable to attend to your wedding because my father’s health condition was very serious on
that day. Early morning he got severe heart pain and it led to heart attack. At once we took and
admitted him in the local Apolo Hospital. The doctor suggested us to keep him at the hospital for
one week. So, I was unable
to make a call to you on that day.
I ‘m really sorry. I couldn’t attend your marriage and I hope you forgive me. As soon as my father

are very busy with our restless preparation. I stood second in my class in Quarterly Examination

examination fees in advance. I want to buy some new books for EAMCET preparation. Our exam fee

We had formed four committees such as Cultural, Stage Decoration, Lighting and catering. Each
committee had taken the responsibility of their aspects. Our English lecturer acted as the anchor on
the stage. Cultural Activities followed. At last we had the delicious dinner. It was really happy
occasion and we made it a grand success. Convey my respects to your parents and best wishes to

I am Chandra Shekar from Vengalrao Nagar, Ananthapuramu. I am writing this letter to express my
concern over the problem of ‘eve teasing’ in our city. Especially the girls, who are going to school
and colleges by buses feel very insecure at the bus stops.
The local reckless and rowdy boys often wait at the bus stop and indulge in eve teasing. As a result
the girls have to feel embarrassed and frightened.Now a days ragging has become a common scene
everywhere.the plight of the girls is really deplorable.
Today in the morning I was waiting for a bus at vengalrao nagar bus stop to go to college. There I had
seen a group of boys, who were teasing girls in a horrible way. I wanted to resist then but in vain. My

hours.

bad condition of roads and drains in our area. Day by day the condition of roads is becoming more
and critical and accidents take place.
The roads are damaged due to recent rains and the pot holes are formed on the roads. In the city ,
the drains get damaged and the coverings of the manholes are displaced. These broken drains and
uncovered manholes become the cause of the accidents.
Due to bad condition of roads, it is very difficult for travellers to travel during night
.The employees and students face problems to go on their destinations . I request
you to kindly publish this in your newspaper. So that it will reach to the authorities
concerned and the problem can be solved.

Sub : Complaining about the poor sanitary conditions and mosquito menace in
Nehru Nagar area of Madanapalle Muncipally-Submitted – Reg.
I would like to bring the following few lines to your kind notice. I am a resident of Nehru Nagar in
Madanapalle Muncipality. In our area , sanitary conditions are very poor and garbage is dumped
everywhere. The municipal workers are not cleaning the streets and garbage bins daily. Due to this,
pedestrians have to actually chairman cover their nose while walking down the roads.
The public toilets also stink and are not cleaned by the sanitation workers every day. This is a major
cause of breeding mosquitoes. Contaminated water and waste material are the reason for the
diseases such as dengue, diarrhoea and others.
For the interest of public health, I request that immediate action to be taken against The poor
sanitary conditions and to arrest mosquito menace that has been growing at a shocking rate over
the weeks.

Sub: Inadequate number of buses in Tirupati-Pakala Route-Request for more number of services-
submitted-reg.
I would like to draw your kind attention, about the difficulties of the passengers in Tirupati-Pakala
route. The buses are very inadequate and are invariably late, especially in the peak morning hours.
As you know well, this is the only way of transport for the resident of villages around Pakala. The
bus services on this route are inadequate to the population of pakala. This results in the buses being
overcrowded. The situations in the morning are really very pathetic, for it is the peak traffic time.
The office goers and the students can be seen lined up for hours at the bus stops, waiting for buses
to come which invariably are late .The few that do come, are overcrowded. The lady passengers and
small kids feel very inconvenient.
In view of the above situation, I request you kindly monitor the punctuality of the buses in the
morning and necessary action may be taken for increasing bus services in Tirupathi-pakala route.

Avilala, Tirupati Rural. My cousin P. Aneesh son of Sri P.Sankar has not returned home since 8 th
March, 2023. He had gone to attend NEET Coaching class in the evening and not returned. He has
been staying with me for the last two years and is a student of II M.P.C IN S.V. Junior College,
Tirupati.
I have made all enquiries from his friends and relatives but have not been able to locate him. He is
lean and slim, 5’ft 5 inches height , and fair in complexion. He was wearing a white shirt and blue
jeans. I am enclosing his latest photograph, to help identify him. I would be grateful if you could
