subject to background and credit checking.
Turn over of property upon 20% payment or full payment of approved Selling Price provided Contract to Sell or Deed of Sale is signed and executed.

Buyer shall pay for maintenance expenses ie condominium dues, insurance and real property tax upon full downpayment or full payment of approved Price.

Buyer shall handle connection of utilities and expenses associated thereto. Cut-off date: Date of Full Downpayment.

Bank shall shoulder creditable withholding tax (CWT) in lieu of capital gains tax up to approved Selling Price only. All other taxes and expenses ie but not limited to excess CWT, docume
transfer tax and registration expenses shall be for the account of Buyer.

Buyer shall handle transfer of title including payment of DST and other taxes and expenses. Buyer to secure certified true copies of title and tax declaration, tax clearance and TIN verifi
