Q: Ethernet is connected to blu-ray
player…..blu-ray is connected to HDMI on
TV. TV is also connected to Comcast cable
box via another HDMI cable. But…..can’t
get internet connection and TV won’t
load channels. TV is new LG UHD AI

A: Based on your connection set-up, you
should be all set. Now, you have to make sure
that the TV is also connected to the internet.
If you are using Wi-Fi, make sure that the TV
is connected to the internet and check the
network connection status in the TV settings
menu. If it is, but you're still having this issue,

Q: This TV has web OS 2.0. I have Hulu on
it, but I cannot connect Hulu Live. Just
playback mode. Hulu says the LG tv has
to have web OS 3.5 or higher. Is there a
way to upgrade the OS?

Q: Does this TV HDMI ports support
HDCP 2.2? I receive HDCP 2.2 errors
frequently, changed HDMI cables (to 2.0
or better) and used different ports with
no luck. If so, which port?

A: All three HDMI ports on the LG 4K UHD
Smart LED TV - 55" Class (54.6" Diag),
Model # 55UF7600 are HDCP 2.2 compliant.
Check to make sure that everything your
video path is HDCP 2.2 compliant. If anything
in that video path is not, you will get HDCP
2.2 errors...^IFV

A: Hi Anesu. It is recommended that you
purchase the LG 4K UHD Smart LED TV - 55"
Class (54.6" Diag), Model # 55UF7600 from
an LG Authorized Reseller who will have or
should something posted in their store that
verifies them as such and the TV should have
an authentic LG serial number on it. This if a
2015 model that is a discontinued product
and is no longer available for sale in the U.S.
It will not work in Zimbabwe...^IFV
