a single point of contact. That dispatcher knows carrier’s
transportation business intimately and always looks out for carriers

Categories of Drivers
There are two types of Drivers
Legal miles allowed in a day 600 miles a day!

1 - Solo driver.
Miles in a day: 600 legal miles, 50-55 miles in an hour.

2- Team Driver.
Miles in a day 1,200 legal miles, 50-55 miles in an hour.

An Electronic Logging Device is a piece of electronic hardware attached to a commercial motor
vehicle engine to record driving hours. The driving hours of commercial drivers are typically
regulated by a set of rules known as the hours of service in the United States.
A driver has to take rest for a few hours to start driving again, in team drivers, the driver switch
with their CDL’s
Power Only
- Power only is the truck itself, Without any trailer attached to it.
- Two types of power only,
⮚ Day Cabs and Sleeper Cabs [Day Cab needs to pick up at loads in the morning
and come back at home]
⮚ Two load options, load out ( trailer for 5-7 days & Tow Away (Hook & tow )
⮚ Any trailer can be attached to it, i.e. Dry van, Reefer, Step Deck & Flatbed.

There are three payment methods
Standard payment
• Carrier gets paid in 30 days
Quick pay – From Broker
• Carrier gets paid by the broker in 48 - 72 hours by deducting
3-5% from the total amount
Factoring company – Financial Institute
• Carrier gets paid by the factoring company within 24 hours
deducting 2 - 3% from the amount.
 Our Services
1. Negotiating top paying rates (depends upon the market rate. The best rates we can get).
2. Setup paperwork (agreement between broker and carrier) liable to pay in damage.
3. Fax, email, and documentation: provide stuff etc. when the driver is not in reach.
4. Credit checks (A grade, B grade, or C grade will be checked by MCN (Motor carrier number).
5. Request quick pay
6. Requesting fuel advances.
7. Request insurance certificates (in case of loss at the end of the carrier)
8. Driver director assistance (No GPRS, no internet, send direction through call).
9. Negotiate quick pay rates.
10. Factoring Company setup assistance
11. Collection assistance (Carrier wants bills handled i.e. proof of delivery, invoice, and rate confirmation
forward to factoring then send payment to the carrier directly).
12. layover charges assistance (e.g. If truck goes to the PU and loading starts after 12 hours)
13. Unused truck order assistance (TONU (truck order not used) If truck reaches PU and load gets
cancelled then Broker will have to pay Charges)
14. Detention charges assistance (e.g if truck goes to the PU and loading starts after 2 hours)
15. Lumper Charges: When the driver reaches the PU or Delivery and the Shipper/Receiver asks the driver to hire some labor for loading/unloading.
In this case driver pays Lumper.

TSA certifies cargo screening facilities located throughout the United States to screen
cargo prior to providing it to airlines for transport on passenger flights.

carrier’s worst nightmare

This is when the carrier cancels the load at the last moment.
i.e, the pick up time was 2pm and the carrier cancels it at 1:45pm.
as a result of this, carrier’s MC will get a hit. by this hit, Carrier won't be able to book
any loads for at least 90 days with that specific broker!
