Intro:

An outstanding employee is not just defined by their exceptional skills and dedication, but by
their unwavering commitment to excellence and their ability to inspire and elevate those around
them. Today marks a crucial step in our journey to recognize and celebrate the exceptional
talents and contributions of our employees.
To our distinguished guests, esteemed colleagues - Welcome to the final validation of documents
for the 2024 Search for Most Outstanding Employees! I am Ms. JEANETTE ZAMORA
FERROLINO and it is my pleasure to be your host for this very important event.

I. To begin with, may I kindly request everyone to stand for the singing of the National Anthem,
followed by the Sugbo Hymn, a prayer, and the recitation of the DepEd Quality Policy
Standards.

Prayer: Let us not bow our heads for the moment of prayer. In the name of the father….
DepEd Quality Policy Standard: Please remain standing for the recitation of the DepEd Quality
Policy Standards.

II. Welcome message:

To officially open our program/ and to extend a warm welcome to all/, we have someone who
plays a pivotal role/ in our educational district. His dedication and unwavering support for our
schools in Samboan district have been truly inspiring.

Ladies and gentlemen, our public schools district supervisor of the district of Samboan- Mr.
Vicente Tolomia.

A round of applause pls!"

After: Thank you very much sir Vicente Tolomia, for that inspiring and heartfelt Welcome
Message.

III. Acknowledgement of Participants: Mrs. Oliva Balboan, Principal 1 of Cambigong ES

To formally acknowledge the presence/ and contributions of our esteemed participants today/ , it
is my pleasure to introduce to you/ Mrs. Oliva Balboana/ Principal 1 of Cambigong Elementary
School. A big hand pls.

IV. Statement of Purpose: Dr. Maria Socorro N. Relacion, PSDS of Dalaguete 1 district

As we are about to delve deeper/ into the heart of this gathering/ by understanding its purpose/
and the vision driving this event. To enlighten us with the Statement of Purpose/ we have with us
a remarkable leader/ whose dedication and expertise/ in the field of education have been a
guiding light/ for the many. Ladies and gentlemen, please join me/ in welcoming with us today/
Dr. Maria Socorro N. Relacion, PSDS of Dalaguete 1/ to share with us the Statement of Purpose.

Let's give her/ a warm round of applause pls.!

and enthusiasm./ Your words really set the tone for this event.

V: Energizer
Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time to get our energy up/ and our spirits high! Let me call on Mrs.
Leira Bilocura, Mr. Jovel Dinampo and Ms. Alexandra Bigno who will lead us for the energizer.
Everybody is requested to stand and have some fun.

VI. Validation Proper: Presentation of PRAISE Guidelines for Outstanding Employees by


Dr. Imelda H. Gealon, PSDS of Argao 2

As we continue with our program,/ we’ve reached a crucial and exciting part/: the Validation
Proper./ This is where/ we get to explor/ into the Presentation of PRAISE Guidelines for
Outstanding Employees.

To guide us through this important segment/ we are honored to have with us/ the PSDS of Argao
2, as she leads us through the PRAISE Guidelines. Please join me/ in offering/ a hearty round of
applause/ to Dr. Imleda H. Gealon.

After: Thank you so much, Mam Gealon/, for that insightful/ and comprehensive presentation/
on the PRAISE Guidelines. Your expertise and clear explanations Mam / have certainly shed
light on the important criteria/ for recognizing our Outstanding employees.

Let’s give Dr. Gealon another round of applause pls. for her valuable contribution!

Ladies and gentlemen, at this juncture, we have a delightful treat for you/ as an intermission! It’s
not just any performance—it’s a special presentation by the talented trio of teachers from the
Samboan District. These incredible teachers are known not only for their dedication to teaching
but also for their remarkable musical skills.

So relax, and let the music take you/ on a wonderful journey/ as we welcome to the stage/ the
amazing Samboan District trio/ with their captivating intermission song. A big hand pls. to mam
Leira, Sir Jovel and Mam Alexandra.

After: Thank you so much to our/ incredible singers / for that wonderful song! Your talent and
enthusiasm / have truly brightened our event/ and brought joy to all of us.

VII. Closing Remarks: by Mrs. Erlinda G. Gerodias, Principal 2, Samboan Central ES

And to formally end this event, let us lend our ears to Mrs. Erlinda G. Gerodias, Principal 2 of
Samboan Central Elementary School.

Conclusion:
