FUNCTIONS
Registration Page:
User fill out a registration form, providing details such as name, email address, password(password is
at least 8 characters and 1 uppercase letter), and any other required information.
Login form:
Users can log in using their email address and password.
The system verifies the credentials, allowing access to the user's account.
Account Management:
Settings page for user to update profile information, change password and manage communication
preferences.
Homepage:
The homepage serves as the entry point, featuring captivating images of the venues and catering
options available. It also highlights key features and benefits of booking through the website, such as
customizable packages and exceptional service.
--Selecting a Reservation:
Users choose the reservation they want to book by clicking on it to view more details.
--Making a Reservation:
Users select the date, time, and any other relevant options for their reservation.
They confirm the reservation, which prompts the system to check for availability and make the
booking if the requested slot is free.
--Payment option:
Users may need to pay for their reservation at this point.
Payment options such as credit/debit card, GCash, or other online payment methods can be provided.
--Confirmation:
Once the reservation is successfully made, users receive a confirmation message and email containing
the details of their booking.
They can also view their upcoming reservations in their account dashboard.
Modifying or Cancelling Reservations:
Users have the option to modify or cancel their reservations, usually up to a certain deadline before
the scheduled date.
They can do this by accessing their account and selecting the reservation they want to change or
cancel.
Chat BOT
Enhances user experience by providing immediate assistance and guidance in a conversational
format, making it easier for users to navigate the website and accomplish their goals.
Customer Support
This allows users to easily reach out for assistance and support.
CLERK FUNCTIONS
Login:
User enter their credentials (username and password) to access the clerk-level features. Upon
submission, validate the credentials against the database records to authenticate the user.
Check Payment
Check payment logs or receipt from customers.
ADMINISTRATOR FUNCTIONS
Login:
User enter their credentials (username and password) to access the Administrator-level features.
Upon submission, validate the credentials against the database records to authenticate the user.
Check payment
Administrator can check payment logs or receipt from customers.
Delete History/Records
Administrator has ability to delete history or records.
User Management:
Administrator have the ability to manage user accounts, including creating new accounts, editing user
profiles, resetting passwords, and assigning user roles and permissions. They may also deactivate or
delete user accounts as needed.
