Executive Summary

(1/2 page only i.e. 250 to 350 words)

Guidelines for the students:

Guidelines: How to write an Abstract?

Executive Summary is important as they set the stage for your research. It is like a short sales
pitch. Therefore, they need to be short, precise and hit the nail right at the top.
In one sentence, you need to explain the importance of your topic.
Then you should establish the research gap, which is followed by your research topic/question.
You should explain your methodology, data collection, your most important findings (maybe
your practical implications) and your theoretical contributions.
Abstracts are usually written after you finish writing your dissertation Abstracts are usually
strictly word counted! Short, but effective is the secret.
Follow the requirements for the abstract and remember to include everything that is asked.

Guidelines for the students:

The limitations of the study are those characteristics of design or methodology that
impacted or influenced the interpretation of the findings from your research.

They are the constraints on Generalizability, applications to practice, and/or utility of

findings that are the result of the ways in which you initially chose to design the study

Data Interpretation: (For questions 7, 8)

c:

For the sample size of 90, with the mean of 2.12 (towards agree) and right (positive) skewed
with skewness 0.648, researcher can interpret that most of the respondents agree with the
research statement. With median points to 2.00 (Agree) and with standard deviation of 0.819, the
values support dept spread of digital advertisements in India.

QN 8) Currently we are using digital advertisements to reach our clients:

For the sample size of 90, with the mean of 3.69 (towards disagree) and left (negative) skewed
with skewness -.660, researcher can interpret that most of the respondents are currently not using
digital advertisements to reach their clients. With median points to 4.00 (Disagree) and with
standard deviation of 1.387, the values support that there is still usage of traditional
advertisements than digital advertisements in automation companies in Pune City.

CONCLUSION

(half page maximum 500 words)

NOTE

 A conclusion is the final piece of writing in a project that

summarizes the entire work.

 The conclusion paragraph should restate your project, summarize

the key supporting ideas you discussed throughout the work, and
offer your final impression on the central idea.

 This final summation should also contain the moral of your

project or a revelation of a solution or theoretical implication.
1. Restate your research topic.

2. Restate the project need and problem statement.

3. Summarize the main points or key findings.

4. State the significance or results.

5. Conclude your thoughts.

Summarizing conclusion

A summarizing conclusion is typically used for giving a clear summary

of the main points of your project. This is considered the most
common form of conclusion, though some projects may require a
different style of conclusion. Common types of projects that call for
this kind of conclusion include believable essays, problem and solution
research.

Externalizing conclusion

An externalizing conclusion presents points or ideas that may not have

been directly stated or relevant to the way you presented your
research and thesis. However, these types of conclusions can be
effective because they present new ideas that build off of the topic
you initially presented in your research. Externalizing conclusions get
readers thinking in new directions about the impacts of your topic.
