Ladies and Gentlemen;

As we envisioned our Barangay to become the premier of commerce with God-fearing citizenry
in a peaceful and balanced environment with needed facilities, competent leaders and inclusive
governance, and as we are the primary planning and implementing unit of the government, we have
exerted our pure efforts in reassuring that every entity of the community is provided with basic services.
We have worked tirelessly in assuring their safety during calamities and guided them to avail of the
benefits and assistance provided by the government. We have ensured that the voice of the society is
duly heard and studied and their needs, addressed, prioritized and settled as we aim for a participatory
and consultative governance as pre-requisite for transparency and accountability, for this, we can be
assured of fast-paced development.

What we have now is a supplemental budget plan that is crafted to supplement several programs
and activities to ensure effective delivery of basic services to the community.

Now upon the meeting of the Sangguniang Barangay, I have the honor to present to you this
Supplemental Budget No. 001 2024 amounting to ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY AND 96/100 PESOS (Php 1,153,180.96) ONLY.

“A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 001 CY 2024 OF

BARANGAY SAN FRANCISCO, LAGONOY, CAMARINES SUR IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT
OF ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY
AND 96/100 PESOS (Php 1,153,180.96) ONLY.”

WHEREAS, presented for consideration is the Supplemental Budget No. 001 CY 2024 of
Barangay San Francisco represent savings from Calendar Year 2021 and 2022;

WHEREAS, this saving shall be used to cover appropriation for Several Programs, Projects and
activities of the barangay;

WHEREFORE, upon motion by Hon. Ronnie B. Rellora, Chairman Committee on Finance and
Appropriations, duly seconded by Hon. Editha V. De Los Reyes, with the majority present, it was
resolved;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Barangay Members in

session assembled to enact the following ordinance, to wit;

RESOLVED FURTHER those copies of this Resolution with the approved Supplemental Budget
be furnished the Office of the Municipal Budget Officer and the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan for
their review and approval.

TOTAL AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED EIGHTY AND 96/100 PESOS (Php 1,153,180.96) ONLY. COVERING THE
VARIOUS EXPENDITURES FOR THE OPERATION OF THE BARANGAY FOR THE YEAR
2024, AND APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE.

Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Barangay in session assembled, that

Section 1. The Supplemental Budget of Barangay San Francisco for Fiscal Year 2024 in the total

EIGHTY AND 96/100 PESOS (Php 1,153,180.96) ONLY only is hereby approved.

SECTION 4. Separability Clause. If, for any reason, any section of provision of this Appropriation
Ordinance is disallowed in Budget Review or declared invalid by proper authorities, other sections or
provisions hereof that are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect.

SECTION 5. Effectivity. The provisions of this appropriation Ordinance shall take effect on June 18,
2024.
