Intro: Precise glass bottle cutting jig
Yep! Another bottle cutting jig. What's the difference between this one and all the other? Don't know. Maybe precision. Or the easy ajustment.
The fonctionning is easy. Ajuste the guide, push the blade and turn the bottle.
The width is 23". You can easily move the guide to cut a small bottle or a large wine bottle.
P.S. My knowledge of english is not as good as it should be. Please feel free to send me any suggestion about it.

Step 1: Cut 2 pipe at 21"
Step 2: Cut the wood piece.
1. You need two piece of wood, One for the base and the other for the back.
Cut two piece of wood at 5.5" X 23".
2. Cut two piece wood to hold your pipe at 3" X 5.5" .You will need to drill 2 hole at half the deep of the wood to hold your pipe.
3. To make the guide, cut another piece smaller then the 2 side, 2.5" X 5.25". Drill 2 hole for the pipe and a small one in the middle for the lock.
4. Fix all the part together.

Step 3: Add the hardware
Add a long screw to fix the guide in place and add 2 angle iron to hold the arm.

Step 4: Ajust the blade
Ajust the blade to be able to cut large wine bottle or small beer bottle.
Step 5: Voila
You can now cut bottle at any size.
