APARTMENT FORMAT

Hello XXX,
Thanks for your interest in my apartment. My name is John Briggs. I am a Geologist
and my work can be quite tedious because it involves mineral researches, I'm easy
going and friendly. I like Music and have deep interests in traveling. I respect
every religion and love to hang around with people and I am definitely not a
trouble maker and very helpful in nature. So I want you to know that we relocated
to New York. I tried to look for an agent that I could give the document & the keys
before I left to ( New York, NY ) for my UNICEF program but could not find any as a
matter of urgency. And I don't want home misused in my absence that is why I took
the keys and documents along with me..due to my new research and I will be here for
long that is why am looking for a clean and responsible person to live in my
apartment. The apartment is located: 1819 Hillside Dr, Burlingame, CA 94010
We left behind some Facilities and electronics which include the rent: Its a
spacious and lovely 1-bedroom apartment suite with the kitchen well equipped with
(Microwave oven, Dish washer, Blender, Cocktail mixer, Sandwich maker and Gas
cooker e.t.c), all utilities included such as Cable and Internet e.t.c
Rental fees : $750 Per month including utilities
The rent is made very affordable because I am seriously looking for a clean and
reliable person to take care of the apartment. I am not after the money, what I am
after is the welfare of my apartment. I will like you to drive by to the address
today to view the exterior of the building for you to get a better view of the
building and also see what the neighborhood looks like and get back to me so that I
can forward you the full interior pictures to you to have an idea how beautiful and

spacious the inside

Congratulations!!! Your application form as been approved. I really appreciate your
willingness in renting my place and i promise you that you will never regret taking
my place. I have taken time to go over your application form and i am so impressed
and can't stop having the feeling that my place will be well kept by you as
promised, and more so something came to my mind and i felt it'll be better to
discuss it with you. Well i'm sure i'll have you wondering what it is.. Anyways its
not something scary or that serious, i just wanted to know if you could provide me
with one or a couple of your picture so as for me to have an idea who my new tenant
is and how you look like (no offense). I'm willing to keep this as a means of
recognition pending the time we'll meet as this will even make it easier for me to
quickly identify you by the time i come for a visit in the nearest future.
The total cost for you to move into the apartment is $1,500. $750 for rent and $750
for the damage deposit which is refundable at the end of the lease if nothing is

Glad to read from you once again and i quite understand your plight.I want you to
know that I am a christian "BORN AGAIN" to be precise and to ripped someone off
his/her money is a sin for me and i cannot do such a thing.I know it is very hard
to believe or trust someone over the internet because of the scams around now and
had it been i am in your shoes i will do anything within my reach to protect myself
not to fall a victim and i know how hard for someone to earn a $ nowadays because

I would have shipped out the package containing the keys and the documents prior to
payment but due to what happened to me last year in which i sent the keys to a
burglar and loose properties worth of $6450 in putting the apartment back to its
place that is why i don't deal with a third party and even intend sending the keys
to anyone and i hope you understand my situation.
Please, I will like to tell you that i can send you the a copy of the Residential
Lease Agreement which i have approved and signed you as my new tenant to the
apartment for you to sign to know that i will be definitely going to be renting the
apartment to you....I will really like you to trust me over this and am still
