Building Services Technology II - Revision 03 - B2
Building Services Technology II - Revision 03 - B2
Aim The aim of this module is to enable the students to gain insights into the
technicalities involved in building services requirements in HVAC systems, ICT,
conveyor systems and fire safety; and their integration.
At the end of module, the student will be able to:
LO-1 Describe and distinguish the scope of building services
Describe the principles of design, components, control systems,
LO-2
Learning outcomes and procedures of service installations of buildings
Recognize and describe statutory regulations for building services
LO-3
supplies and installations
LO-4 Appreciate the role of integration of building services systems
