PROJECT I (30%)
TOPIC: ACTIVITIES EXECUTION

1. INSTRUCTION
1. Students are required to CONDUCT the activities planned for all that developed from
Assignment Co-curriculum.
2. The mode of presentation can be conducted online or face to face, depending on the
nature of the activities. The participants for the activities can be your classmates.
3. Next, each group has to plan on how to promote the activities with your participants.
You can create posters to promote your activities.
4. Each group has to conduct the activities by following the event protocols with your
participants.
5. Each group is required to do minute meetings and each member must play their role
and duty assigned to them. (Example: President – management and administrative,
Secretary – taking minute meeting, Treasurer – budgeting, etc.)
6. Each group must record video or take pictures of the activities conducted for evidence.
7. Write a REPORT REFLECTION after the event for the post-mortem session to reflect on
the activities conducted and which areas those need to be improved for the future event.
8. Submit the written REPORT REFLECTION after the event for the post mortem which
contains the following;
- Introduction: Summary of the project
- Process planning and preparation of the event and activities. (preparation)
- Minute meetings
- The activities conducted with pictures. (During the activities)
- Rationale of activities conducted
- Report on the event (outcomes)
- Reflection: Discussion for improvement (individual)
a. Describe the activity carried out?
b. What was the objective? Did you achieve the objective?
c. Do you think this activity is important to build your skills? Why?
d. What did you learn from this activity with regards to teamwork with your
members?
e. What is your contribution in the activity? Is it enough?
f. When and how would you use the skills that you learned in future?

9. During post mortem, students have to do a voting system to vote which group conduct
the best event. They have to justify why their group is the best one.
10. Mode: Group work (5 - 7 members, depends on students’ number).

● Submission will be evaluated based on the rubric attached.

● Raw mark based on rubric is 200%


● Accumulated mark is 30%
