1 Students Semester Credit Registration for 3rd/5th/7th semester 15th July 2024 to 17th July 2024 *
UG and 3rd semester PG

FOLLOWING ARE THE IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT OF FEES.

1. All students are requested to pay their fees for the Academic Year 2024-25 through SBI Collect only.

PROCEDURE TO PAY ONLINE FEE THROUGH SBI Collect

Click on : Welcome to Online SBI
Click on : State Bank Collect
Click on : I have read and accepted the terms and conditions stated above.

1] Select State and Type of Corporate / Institution:


State of Corporate/Institution * (from Drop Down Options - Select) – Maharashtra
Type of Corporate/Institution * (from Drop Down Options - Select) – Educational Institutions
Click on (Go)

2] Select from Educational Institutions *:


Educational Institutions Name (from Drop Down Options - Select) – COEP Technological University
Click on (Submit)

3] Select payment category Institution * (from Drop Down Options - Select) Fees structure applicable for you e. g if
you are admitted in 2023—24 through Students admitted in F.Y. JEE and now your current class is SY then select
“UG Regular S.Y.-2024-25 OPEN JEE “

4] Provide details of payment*:

I. Fill Correct MIS NO * (Mandatory)


II. Enter Current Academic Year
III. Enter Student Name
IV. Select Gender (from Drop Down Options - Select)
V. Enter Mobile No
VI. Enter Name of the Department (from Drop Down Options - Select)
VII. Click Here to view payment details current ( Fee structure to verify )

5] Update following details carefully

Email Id
I have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions (Click on this option )

Please enter your Name, Date of Birth & Mobile Number. This is required to reprint your e-receipt / remittance (PAP)
form, if the need arises.
Enter the text as shown in the

Click on "Next “ and proceed to payment .

6] After payment of fees submit SBI Challan print in two copies to account section.

INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL STUDENTS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)


1 All students are requested to pay the University Fee through “SBI Collect” only. EXCEPT –

A] Students availing bank loan from banks, can pay their University Fee through RTGS under intimation to us. After transfer of
money into university account, please get the UTR No (Unique Transaction Reference No) Bank details are given as under -

B] NRI/FN/PIO/OCI students must pay US$ in the form of Demand Draft only.
C] Balance fees for prior to AY 2024-25 can pay their University Fee through SBI collect- select Payment Category “ Any
Category For Existing Students” -

2 All Students are instructed that Fees receipt should be deposited mandatorily to the Account section by 27th July 2024.
Failing to this your Course registration will be withdrawn.

3 All students are instructed to keep the University Fee Receipts and Hostel Fee Receipts with them till they graduate. The same
should be produced on demand by university authorities without any excuses. Also note that your Caution Money Deposit &
Hostel Deposit will be refunded only on submission of “ORIGINAL COPY” of Fee Receipt. Do not submit the same to anybody
for any reason. “No dues" certificate will be issued only after verification of all fee receipts.

The above Fee Structure does not include Hostel Fees. Hostel Fees will have to be paid separately by those who get
hostel accommodation.

5. All category students are requested to comply scholarship / free ship formalities immediately on receipt of notice / e-
mails / Circulars & fill up the online forms. All students should read notices sent through university email id, website and
on notice board from time to time. Do not submit any document to the accounts department without acknowledgement
including scholarship forms.

6 All category students who have paid fees as per category during their academic period but did not submit the
Scholarship / Free ship Forms for whatever reason or their Scholarship / Free ship Forms not Approved by Government
instructed to pay the remaining fees i.e. Difference of Open Category Fee and Category Fee immediately.

7. All year down B. Tech Students who have paid their four-year fee in full & M. Tech Students who have paid their two
years fees in full, will be eligible for Semester Pattern Fee. They are instructed to pay the semester wise fee with prior
approval from Exam Cell and Account Section. If any student is found by-passing the above rule, will punish seriously.
