1. THE PANEL - WHAT IS IT?

1. The Earnings counter

In this box you will find:

1.1. The total amount of messages that have been sent over the course of this current
week (Mon -Sun).

1.2. How many pence you get paid per message.

1.3. This is the total amount of cash you have made so far this week.

1.4. Here you can see how many messages are left until you hop onto the next level of
earnings.

1.5. This figure shows the total amount you will earn if you go onto the next level of
earnings.

You can check the different levels of earnings, as well as how many messages you need
to reach them, by clicking on Stats. The more messages you send, the more money you’ll
make.
2. User’s colour

- User colour: This coloured bar (example above shown in yellow) can appear in 4
different colors: YELLOW, RED, BLUE or PURPLE. Depending on the colour of the
user, each conversation will have different objectives.

- 1. Messages left: Number of messages that the user has left to send.
- 2. General information:
● Number of people the user has talked to
● Number of messages sent
● Amount of purchases

OBJECTIVE OF THE CONVERSATION DEPENDING ON THE USER’S COLOUR

It is mandatory to check the user’s colour in order to focus on the aim of the conversation
correctly.
Here you will see that each user’s colour has a specific action line regarding the messaging:

● YELLOW
Definition:
These users have messages available to use on the website.

Objective:
Our goal is to have an entertaining conversation, where we can talk about plenty of varied
topics.
We have to maintain a neutral chat, being friendly and interested in getting to know the user,
but without showing any interest in dating or meeting up. We should never take the initiative
to raise the sexual tone of the conversation with these users. You have to talk to them so
that they feel comfortable and that they see that there is interest.
How you must respond to the conversation if the user brings up a sexual topic:
You are encouraged to be open regarding any sexual topic if the user raises it. However, we
do not suggest dates or exchange contact details.
● RED
Definition :
These users have between 3 and 1 messages left to use.
When they finish their messages, they will not be able to answer any more. They must
acquire a new pack of messages to continue answering the profiles.

Objective:
We follow the tone of the conversation set by the user. The user should feel like they want to
continue talking with the profile even though they are running out of messages.

Only if the user shows no interest in the fake profile or if he is dissatisfied with the
website:
- You will then show more interest in the user:
Example: You would indicate that you like his profile, you would continue to show
interest in him, you would make positive comments about his pictures etc.
- You can mention a sexual theme or indicate that there maybe the possibility of a
meeting in the future, please do not specify a date or give contact details.
Example: You can talk about sex, send pictures or describe a possible date in the
future.

● BLUE
Definition:
This user has no messages left, therefore he will not be able to answer any more messages
unless he buys a new package of messages.
The defining feature of BLUE is that: This is the first time the user has bought credits on the
website.
Objective:
The user has no more messages available to answer the profile, you have to encourage them
to continue talking with the profile. You need to send the user a message which will make him
feel anxious to answer. This will then encourage him to buy a new package of messages in
order to reply.
You will be direct in your conversation. For example: Offering dates, ask/ send contact
details, you are allowed to talk about sex and send any kind of picture, etc

If you decide to send the user a Whatsapp contact information (mobile phone number), Skype
or a email address you will need to write it as a 6 asterisks code ****** This will replicate the
way our system automatically deals with sent contact details.
● PURPLE
Definition:
This user no longer has any messages left and cannot reply unless they purchase a new
message pack.
The particularity of PURPLE is: The user is not new to the website and has already
purchased message packs before.

Objective:
You must give him enough reasons to buy more packages of messages. You have to
encourage the user to continue talking with the profile.

How to always focus the conversation in this color:

- You will show more interest in the user:
Example: You would indicate that you like his profile, you would continue to show
interest in him, you would make positive comments about his pictures etc.
- You can mention a sexual theme or indicate that there maybe the possibility of a
meeting in the future, please do not specify a date or give contact details.
Example: You can talk about sex, send pictures or describe a possible date in the
future.

SUMMARY:

● YELLOW: The user has more than 3 messages available. Engage in an entertaining
conversation and talk about varied topics.
● RED: The user is running out of messages (the user has between 1 and 3 messages
available to use). The user should feel like they want to continue talking with the
profile even though they are running out of messages.
● BLUE: The user has no more messages available to answer your message, you
have to give him enough reasons to buy a new package of messages in order to
reply. We will send direct messages (offering dates, ask/ send contact details).
● PURPLE: The user has no more messages available to answer your message,
however, this is not the first time they have run out of messages. We must show a
high personal interest towards the user in order for them to buy more packages of
messages. We will send messages (speaking about sex and meeting in the future
without setting a day/ date).
3. Text Box:
This is where you will write the message that will be sent to the user.
There are 2 Buttons you can use regarding the conversation:
- “Send” : will be used when the message is ready to be sent.
- “Delete” : will be used to delete the conversation. **When to delete will be
explained in chapter 2.4

4. User Profile Information

All the information referring to the User will be found in this section, as the User adds
info to his profile or description, including all the pictures he decides to upload to his
profile. This section is on the lower right- hand side of the panel. You must use (and
add to) this information so that you will be able to read the conversations much faster,
since the User’s relevant data will be summarised in this section.
At times it is necessary that you add and update the information yourself into this
section, by using the “Add personal info” slot beneath the profile information. You
must do this before the message has been sent.

5. Fake Profile Information

Here you will find all the information you need to know about the fake profile. This
information will be the same whoever she speaks to. This section is located on the
left hand side of the panel, including the profile’s pictures. At times it is necessary
that you add and update the information yourself into this section, by using the “Add
personal info” slot beneath the profile information. You must do this before the
message has been sent.
Not all profiles are accessible to save information. Profiles that have all the
information completed are blocked and no extra data can be added.

IMPORTANT:
- The important data will be written in the first person.
- It is mandatory to check that the text is well written.
- You cannot use capital letters, except for I, and of course at the beginning of
names and cities..
- You cannot use full stops.
This is because it has been designed so that you can copy and paste the data of the
fake profile directly into your conversation and thereby, significantly increase the
speed of your work. It has been proven that this will increase your performance speed
by 30%, therefore you can write more messages / make more money in the same
amount of time.
How to "Add personal information" in sections 4 User profile information and 5 Fake
profile information

Categories in the “Add personal info” slot:

● Name: Names or nicknames. Eg: “Christina but
my friends call me Tina”. Never repeat the same
information/name which appears in your profile.
● Location: Town or district where she lives. Don’t
add the region or city here as it already appears
in the profile and we would be duplicating the
same information.
● Work: Jobs and relevant information about
work. You can also note down any relevant
information regarding studies.
● Hobbies: Activities and interests.
● Sexual Preferences: Sexual interests, favourite
activities..
● Cohabit: Who is living with your profile,
meaning children, husband, parents, uncles, etc. You must also add any pets and
their names.
● Relationships: Any relationship prior to the current one.
● Health: Any relevant health issues.

TO CONSIDER:
- Only 3 pieces of information can be added in each category.
- Information such as “I have” or “I don’t like” are irrelevant and should not be added.
For example: “I don’t have a car” or “I don’t like skiing”, “I haven’t been on a date yet”,
“I don’t use Whatsapp” etc.
- Don’t add information which already appears in the profile, such as “I don’t smoke” or
“I am married” or “I have green eyes” etc.
- Don’t add holiday periods, they are not relevant.
- In all categories it is strictly forbidden to record information that has nothing to do with
the fake profile. For example: Clarification of certain data, criticism towards
colleagues and / or their work or personal opinions.

6. The Conversation
The conversation will appear as follows:
- Date and hour the previous messages were sent.
- Messages sent by the user: they are shown in black.
- Messages sent by you or other operators: shown in green. You will also see the
private pictures sent by other operators and during the previous messages.
- Gay user conversations will be highlighted with a blue background.
- When users send their phone or contact email, the system will automatically censor it
with 6 asterisks: ******
- You may use this as a tool in conversations with blue users as explained in section
1.The Panel, what is it?, 2. User’s colour (BLUE).
- Not all conversations are fully visible. In some cases you will find a conversation that
has been going on for a substantial period of time. In this case you will not be able to
see the first interactions between the user and the profile.
When you find yourself in this situation, you should continue the conversation
normally. In the event that the user refers to a previous piece of information, not found
in the visible conversation, you should review the personal data to find any suitable
and relevant information to use.
- When you receive a message that appears to be already written: You must check it
thoroughly and rewrite it if found necessary.

7. City Colour and age

The city colour can appear in two different colours in the profiles:
- Green: If the profiles come from the same region.
- Red: If the profiles come from different regions.
The age can appear in two different colours in the profiles:
- Green: If the profiles have an age difference of less than 10 years
- Red: If the profiles have an age difference of more than 10 years

8. Add picture: One of the tools you can use during the conversation is attaching
pictures. You can do this by using the “Add File” button located on the bottom of the
conversation. Next, you will see a display of all the pictures available for that profile,
and you can select the one you want to use by clicking the circle on the top right hand
side of the picture. Don’t drag the picture to the text box where the message is
written.
Pictures can only be used one at a time, within each message. When you have
written your message press submit and the image will be sent along with the
message.

A tab called “Old images” will also appear at the bottom of the conversation. In this
tab you will find all of the photos from the conversation that have been previously
sent.

Please adhere to the following rules when sending pictures:

- Fake profiles without pictures: We won’t tell the user that we will send one in the
future, as it will not be possible and the user will always insist on asking for a picture if
we promise one. We will instead try to divert the conversation to other topics or
simply deny the user another picture.
- Fake profiles with nude pictures only: We follow the tone of the conversation set by
the user. You will be able to send sexual / naked pictures if the user talks about sex.
However we will always try to make the user make the first move.
- Fake profiles with dressed pictures: we can use these pictures in all conversations (all
colours), however we will always try to make the user make the first move.
- Fake profiles with dressed and nude pictures: We follow the tone of the conversation
set by the user. You will be able to send sexual / naked pictures if the user talks about
sex. If he does not, we can use the dressed pictures, but always let the user send
them first.

9. “Description, purposes, your preferences and your character”: In this section

you can see fully detailed characteristics of both the user and the fake profile. Every
profile has its own hobbies and preferences, therefore you must be aware of this info
when you write your message
Note: In both profiles you will see a brief description of what the profile is looking for,
or the info he wants to highlight. Sometimes the user will refer to this description,
therefore it is very important that you read all the profile information before you reply.
In some cases there are profiles without any description at all.
10. The Wall

The Wall is a feature that allows you to access various information. It’s a summary of your
activity on the panel.

1. Accessing the Wall: Click on your name in the top right-hand side corner of the panel.
When you have a new notification on the Wall to review, your name will be highlighted in
green.

2. Corrections received: Corrections are made by Verifiers. All your messages are
reviewed and some will be corrected. It is very important that you adhere to the rules and
implement the necessary changes in your future messages, so that there is a continual
improvement in your work.

We do not send you corrections with every mistake that you make. You'll only receive
notes on mistakes that you have made that need to be fixed immediately.

3. The Earnings Counter.

4. Active Bonuses: In this section, you can check if you have any bonuses activated.
Here you will see the information button "i" where you will find more detailed information.

5. Quality index: This index shows you the percentage of messages that have been
modified and also the percentage of notes you have received in the last 7 days.

6. Notes: The "Notes" Section is where you will receive feedback from the Verifiers about
your work.

7. Bank details: This is where you can check your personal info and bank details. Only
bank details for transfers within the European Union are visible. This information is
private and is only accessible to you.

It is very important that this information is double-checked by each operator. If we have

been given the wrong details and this causes the return of the transfer, € 5 from your next
payment will be deducted, this fee covers the cost of sending the international transfer.

2. HOW DO YOU REPLY TO MESSAGES?

2.1 GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE CONVERSATION

The main objective is that each user keeps their credits active for as long as possible. This is
why all the conversations must have a clearly defined action line.
These action line will change depending on:
1. User’s colour.
2. Amount of messages that the user has left (to respond to messages).

2.2 INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESPONDING TO MESSAGES

Messages must be answered by following several instructions depending on the user’s colour.
This info is always specific to each conversation.
This is the checklist we must use, in the following order, when replying to messages:
1. Check the user’s colour.
2. Check the user’s remaining amount of messages left.
3. Read the whole conversation (previous messages).
4. Read all information regarding your profile: age, city, marital status, etc.
5. Read all information regarding the user’s profile: age, city, marital status, etc.
6. Pictures: Check if you have pictures available to send, and if any have been sent, etc.
7. Always write the message completing the minimum amount of characters required
(amount located in the bottom right hand side of the text box). You must also keep the
same writing style used in the previous messages for the whole of the conversation.
8. Before sending the message, add any new information to the profile.
9. Send.

2.3 INSTRUCTIONS FOR ANSWERING MESSAGES

What you must do:

- You must propose conversational topics to keep the user interested and therefore
active on the site.
- Fill in. The minimum number of characters required to send the message. You can
see the amount required below the text box.
- Write in a diverse way, always adapting to the style of the fake profile.
- Maintain the coherence of the chat, check the previous messages of the conversation
to make sure that it makes sense and that the content and style of writing is the
same.
- Try to empathise with your colleagues, always try to ease the future task of your
fellow workmates. Don’t over complicate the messages and don’t forget to add
relevant information that is mentioned that could be useful for their future reference.
- Be imaginative, you need to be creative in order to chat with different kinds of users
and not repeat yourself or make all your answers too similar.
- You must pay attention to the gender (especially to the feminine gender) when typing
the message, and sometimes to gay men.
- Defend the authenticity of the profile. If you come across a conversation, where the
user is accusing the profile of being fake, do not delete that conversation.
- Only use English. No other languages are allowed.

What you must avoid:

- Avoid using repeated information like phrases / greetings / sentences / particular

punctuation which could make the users suspect that messages from other profiles
are being sent by the same person.
- Don’t be overly accommodating. Your conversation must look normal.
- Press the RETURN key after each sentence.
- Refer to payments on any of the websites. We will divert the conversation towards
other topics.
- Write more than 500 characters in a single message.

2.4 DELETING MESSAGES

There are times when messages must be deleted. Sometimes it is necessary to delete the
conversation, because if not, the conversation loses realism and consistency.
It is important to know about and to be familiar with the cases and reasons when to delete
conversations with the users.

WHEN TO DELETE:
Conversations of YELLOW users which have reached such a point that they can not be
continued.

Delete case 1:
When the last message of the fake profile has given its contact details with 6 stars ****** or
has requested contact details or a date.
Example:
Well my husband is gone all weekend and won’t be back until Wednesday so you could come
here? Send me a whatsapp and we can plan further if you like, my number is ******.

Delete case 2:
Conversations in which the user is not interested or doesn’t want to talk to the fake profile or
has rejected it.
Example:
You're not what I'm looking for, good luck on the page.

Delete case 3:
Conversations that are disrespectful or include insulting language.

These cases only apply to users that are YELLOW

WHEN NOT TO DELETE:

- Conversations in which users are RED, BLUE or PURPLE are forbidden to delete,
regardless of whether they meet any of the deletion cases.
- If you find a conversation that had to be deleted by another operator, but by mistake
was continued and no longer meets any of the deletion cases, you must continue.
We will need to be creative and find ways to explain why we cannot remember the
previous conversation ie: Our conversation/ text has disappeared, poor memory/ help
me refresh my memory, the length of time since the profiles last spoke, I have spoken
with a lot of profiles since we last spoke etc
There are no other cases in which a conversation must be deleted.
Remember that it is strictly forbidden to delete conversations without a reason, for
example: a message is too long or complicated to answer.

2.5 FORBIDDEN MESSAGES

There are certain types of messages that you’re not allowed to send.

Generally, these types of messages do not follow the conversation and provide no new
content to the chat.

You can see some examples here of forbidden messages and why they are forbidden on the
following chart:

Sentences Reason why they’re forbidden

“Are you there?” - The user may not reply instantly.

“Can you talk?” - Provides no new content to the chat.
“Shall we talk now?”
“What are you doing now?”

“leave your message and I’ll reply later” - No new content to the chat
“I must go now, but tell me something” - Shows very little interest
“I’ll read your message later” - Interrupts the fluency of the conversation.
- Delay Auto Responses are already
implemented on the site and it is forbidden
to copy them ** Chapter 2.6
Rejection messages: - All users are valid to keep a conversation
“You’re not my type” going with them.
“Sorry but I don’t like you” - Rejection Auto Responses are already
“We finish here” implemented on the site and it is forbidden
to copy them ** Chapter 2.6
Any similar sentences are not valid within the conversation. It is important to understand why
these sentences are forbidden, as not all examples can be given here. These are just a few of
them.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you find forbidden messages in the panel, this is because the
Verification Team have deemed them to be valid based on other company rules.

2.6 RESPONSES IMPLEMENTED AUTOMATICALLY BY THE SYSTEM

There are responses that are automatically generated by the system. They can generally be
found at the beginning of the conversation and its aim is to catch the attention of the users.

Type of messages:

- Rejection: “Hello. Distance is no problem for you then? Because you are a bit far
away from me”
- General: “I have a quick question, are you jealous?”
- Chat delay: “Hello, sorry but I'm busy right now, do you mind speaking a bit later?”
- Emoji / Quick Response: "Some flowers for you".

It is strictly forbidden to copy these messages.

3. MISTAKES LEADING TO A POSSIBLE CANCELLATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT

- Ignoring the corrections (that are sent to you via email. Check your spam if you
cannot see any).
- Low quality of messages sent
- Taking profit from a system error: If you detect any system error regarding cashing /
the earnings counter, the operator’s duty is to inform Human Resources. If the
operator decides to take individual profit instead, his account will be shut indefinitely.
- Copying and pasting the same message in several conversations. This is strictly
forbidden. If it is detected that you are doing this, your account will be shut down
indefinitely and the copied messages will not be paid.
- Copying the messages implemented by the site **Chapter 2.6
- Allowing a third party to access your account. Your operator account is personal and
non-transferable. In case the site has reasons to think there’s a third person using the
account, it will be shut down indefinitely.
- Using mobile devices to work. If we detect an operator is using a mobile device or
tablet to work as an operator, his or her account will be cancelled. The system is
exclusively designed for optimal use with a computer. Working from a mobile device
could mean that data is not visible and will result in an immediate lowering of the
quality of your work
- Not filling in the minimum characters required to send each message.
- Not making it to the established minimum weekly messages. There is no maximum
number of messages to answer per week. The maximum number is up to you.
4. KEYS TO IMPROVE YOUR DAILY WORK

Within the operator role self-improvement is vital, therefore all your work is revised by the
verifying team.

All operators are involved in a personalised training program which takes places as follows:

- The operator sends messages.

- The verifiers review your work, which means, all messages are reviewed and
analysed.
- If a particular message needs correction, the verifier will contact you through the
provided email to tell you what the mistake was and to explain to you how to improve
your messages. Therefore, it is mandatory to review your email inbox daily and the
wall to check all the corrections that are sent to you.
- The operator will adhere to the corrections received by email, thereby maintaining a
constant improvement in their work.

Note:
- Corrections are not sent instantly, so please bear in mind that you might receive the
corrections to your email or wall later.
- Corrections will only be sent regarding the messages with mistakes.
- Remember to review your email inbox / the wall every day in order to continually
improve your messages.
