1. Shortcuts for Navigation


Keys Action
Ctrl + Left Arrow Move to extreme left of data region or next non blank cell to the left or to beginning of row
Ctrl + Right Arrow Move to extreme right of data region or next non blank cell to the right or to end of row
Ctrl + Down Arrow Move to extreme bottom of data region or next non blank cell to the bottom or to end of column
Ctrl + Up Arrow Move to extreme top of data region or next non blank cell to the top or to beginning of column
Ctrl + Home Move to the beginning of worksheet
Ctrl + End Move to the last used cell in the worksheet
Ctrl + Page Up Move to the previous sheet in a workbook
Ctrl + Page Down Move to the next sheet in a workbook
Ctrl + H Find & Replace Dialog Box
Ctrl + Tab Go to next open workbook
Ctrl + Shift + Tab Go to Previous open workbook
Alt + Page Down Scroll one screen to the right in the worksheet

Ctrl + Spacebar Select the entire active Column
Ctrl + Shift + Spacebar Selects the current region or entire worksheet

Ctrl + A Selects the current region or entire worksheet
Ctrl + Shift + Right Arrow Expands the selection to the rightmost non-blank cell (or last cell right)

Ctrl + Shift + Up Arrow Expands the selection to the topmost non-blank cell (or last cell up)

Ctrl + . Move the cursor in clockwise direction in a selection
Ctrl + Shift + Page Down Make the same selection of cells in next sheet as active sheet, if one exist
