PLEASE NOTE:

1. Documentation and Communication Included in Fees.

2. 2 Supervision included in Fees and after that charge extra.

3. Estimated time for complete drawings including time for modifications and discussions 1 week

4. Fee to be paid to government authorities.

5. Incidental charges / costs if any.

6. Taxes extra pay

7. Third Party (IIT & BHU Professor) Drawing Verification cost extra.

8. Obtaining statutory approvals from all local, State, and central authorities. However,
NOVYMECH TECHINFRA PVT. LTD. shall provide technical assistance to clients for
obtaining these approvals. Any payments to be made to these bodies will also be beyond our
scope of work.
