Course Description:
This course provides the basic understanding of a theory, its development, and application to the etiology of crime, and its use to understanding human, criminal and deviant
behaviors. It includes the historical evolution of criminology, the different school of thoughts, the process of measuring crime, as it relates to criminological research, the divisions
and scope of criminology, and the justice system. This course also introduces Criminology as a profession in the Philippines.

Class Policies
Uniform – Students are expected to wear Type A uniform during online class.
Hair – Male cadets must observe proper haircut (3 inches by 4 inches) and must free themselves from very conspicuous beard/mustache. Female cadets with long hair are
expected to wear hairnet.
