Chapter 1: Direct
Is change possible?
Yes.

Did you, or someone you know, have blue eyes as

a little kid? In many cases this color will
unfortunately fade, becoming a dull brown or
green. Mainstream health experts would have you
believe that this is caused by an increase in
melanin in the body. But how can this be right?
After all, our skin color doesn’t change. It is
bizarre to assume that it is only eyes that are
affected by increased melanin and not the skin.

To determine a real solution, we have to find

something that truly accumulates as you age. Of
course, the most logical explanation is
environmental. We go into this more in depth in
other courses and other sections of this course,
but the modern world is full of toxins. These
toxins accumulate in you as you age, dispersing
throughout the body. What we see as a “natural”
darkening of the iris is in fact a layer of toxin over
top of your original color. Typically this is some
combination of heavy metals, notably lead,
copper, and iron.

This is an example of a guy who was injected

with poison to try to assasinate him, and this is
how is eyes changed within 1 hour of the
injections.
You can see how is the yellow in his eyes became
more prominent and the fibres became looser.

This is a testable fact, if certain “toxins” enter

your body, your lymphatic system will utilize
lymph fluid to move those toxins to safer places.

This is why toxins are first moved to fat cells,

because when they are stored in your fat, they are
less harmful.

If it cannot store them in fat cells, it will store

them around the organs and even IN the organs
(if it cannot properly detoxify them)

This is why people with impaired liver function

are always unhealthy overall. The liver is the
detox organ of the body, it detoxes everything,
when you have a non-functioning liver then toxins
will start accumulating within tissues.

Example of toxins being stored in the eyes, in

this case it is copper, and potentially uric
acid/sulfur:

But some people are born with brown eyes.. Or,

deemed by us, an “un-natural” eye color. How is
this possible if they were just born, and how
would they achieve an eye color beyond what
they are born with?

“Beyond what they are born with” is a

misunderstanding , because their actual eye color
is determined by genetics, but lets say they are
transported heavy metals and copper from their
mothers diet or what she was exposed to, while
in the womb- or uric acid from a
non-functioning/impaired liver.. Then while the
baby is developing the eye color compiles those
compounds and changes.

There is no surefire way to tell what your true eye

color is, you can look at what eye color you had
when you were born- but that couldve also been
changed thru the womb. Looking at the bloodline
and genetics is the most accurate way to see.

There are only two true eye colors, light/medium

dark blue, and light/medium dark brown from
what we have observed. Green, hazel, and
variations of brown and blue are not natural.

Compounds in your eyes like metals, bile, sulfuric

acid, uric acid, and other wastes from
metabolizing forms of sulfur change your eye
color and represent whole-body toxicity.
When your body has trouble getting rid of extra
copper in your system it can lead to too much
copper building up in your liver. The copper
collects in other organs as well as in your eyes
and brain. Your organs become damaged if its
severe, but most people dont have it THAT
severe.

It’s not as simple as “clearing the lymphatic

system” but the lymphatic system plays a key role
in transporting (good) things and bad things , and
when its “clogged” or not functioning properly to
be able to use lymph fluid, then getting it
unclogged will help

The lymphatic system uses lymph fluid to

transport metals and other toxins, and some of
those end up being deposited in the eyes. Even
modern medical consensus knows that various
eye colors like hazel are just copper deposits.
Why do some people have blue eyes still?
So why do some people still have blue eyes?
Shouldn’t everyone have dark coloring? We will
address this question in two parts covering two
groups: those born with dark eyes, and those who
develop them over time. Within that first group,
their eye color originates from the health of their
mother. The woman’s body is also typically full of
toxins, but it does actually try to protect the child.
This is the origin of morning sickness (it’s a
“mystery” to the medical industry, but pregnancy
vomiting is actually caused by toxins dumped
into the stomach to prevent them from ending up
inside the baby). However, in some cases the
quantity of toxins is too great to process, and
some of them end up inside the fetus, covering
up his or her irises.

But what about those who are born with light

eyes that darken over time? To explain this we
posit there exists two groups of people: those
who store toxins intracellular and those who
store them extracellular. People who store their
toxins intracellularly (inside cells)have normally
colored eyes. And those who store them
extracellularly (on cellular walls) have discolored
eyes. intracellular is more often worse than
extracellular. This may seem counterintuitive,
right? Wouldn’t normal eyes be healthier?

What this means is that if you have discolored

eyes (dark colored), you store toxins outside your
cells in other parts of the body, including the iris
of the eyes. This is healthier for you as it keeps
those toxins outside of the cells, preventing them
from disrupting cellular function. People who
have light-colored eyes most likely have those
toxins inside their cells, which harms their health.
In conclusion, the people who have eyes that
darken with age are activating a cellular defense
mechanism to keep toxins out of vital areas, so
they end up in the iris. Those who maintain
lifelong light eyes, while having healthy eyes, are
suffering those toxins in more vital parts of their
body.

From all this we conclude that there are only two

types of eye colors: “true” blue and “true” brown.
The chart below provides a reference we will
discuss. While no two eyes are really the same,
the true eye colors are around A10 and A17 for
blue, and T10 for brown (T07 may appear brown
at first but that’s actually just a very toxic blue,
you can see the lighter color coming through it
below).
Case studies
So now we know that our apparent eye color is
most likely not our real color. What can we do
about it? Is it even possible to change eye color?
Unfortunately, there has been no actual study on
this, so all we have to go off of are anecdotes.
But that’s not to say we don’t have any evidence.
We will present a case study here.

In Naked and Afraid Season 1 Episode 2,

contestants braved the African wilderness. By the
end of the several weeks participant Kelly
Nightlinger had undergone a visible change in eye
color, going from a medium blue to light blue.
However, changing the color of your eye is no
quick and easy process. It takes a good bit of
time and effort. However, it is completely
possible. To achieve this, we will need to go
through a detox routine. Now, there are two types
of “eye care” routines. The first one we will cover
is indirect, while the second is direct. The indirect
process is simply a general detox. As the body
gets healthier, it will pull out heavy metals from
the eyes, causing them to lighten.

Haha wait.

To properly understand this, as the body get’s

healthier it doesnt just start “magically” removing
these compounds that are causing eye
discoloration- but as the LYMPHATIC system gets
unclogged, it can then again use lymph fluid to
remove and detoxify the compounds.

Natural Pigment vs Melanin vs Toxins
There are three things that affect eye color.

Number 1: Natural Pigment(s)

Melanin is the primary pigment responsible for

determining eye color, there are other natural
pigments that can also influence it, albeit to a
lesser extent. These pigments are primarily found
in the iris, the colored part of the eye. Here are
some of them:

1.Heme: Heme is a component of hemoglobin,

the protein responsible for carrying oxygen in
red blood cells. In some cases, blood vessels
near the iris can give a reddish tint to the
eyes. This can sometimes be visible,
especially in people with lighter eye colors.
2.Collagen: Collagen is a structural protein
found in various parts of the body, including
the iris. The arrangement and density of
collagen fibers can influence the scattering of
light within the iris, which can affect the
perceived color of the eyes. This is why some
people’s eyes may appear to change color in
different lighting conditions.
3.Lipofuscin: Lipofuscin is a yellow-brown
pigment that accumulates in cells as a result
of normal aging processes. While it is not
directly involved in determining eye color, its
presence in the iris can contribute to subtle
variations in color, particularly in older
individuals.

Melanin is the dominant pigment influencing eye

color, BUT, these other pigments also do indeed
play a major role.
Lutein and zeaxanthin are the only dietary
carotenoids that accumulate in the retina,
particularly the macula region, which is located
at the back of your eye. Because they’re found in
concentrated amounts in the macula, they’re
known as macular pigments.

Number 2: Melanin (also a pigment.)

Melanin is the primary pigment responsible for

determining eye color. It is produced by
specialized cells called melanocytes, which are
located in the iris, the colored part of the eye.
There are two main types of melanin that
influence eye color: eumelanin and pheomelanin.

1.Eumelanin: Eumelanin is a dark brown to

black pigment. It is responsible for the brown
and black colors commonly seen in eyes. The
amount and distribution of eumelanin in the
iris determine whether an individual has
brown, hazel, or black eyes. Higher
concentrations of eumelanin result in darker
eye colors, such as dark brown or black.
2.Pheomelanin: Pheomelanin is a lighter
pigment that ranges from yellow to red. It is
responsible for the lighter colors seen in eyes,
such as blue, green, or gray. Pheomelanin is
less common in the iris compared to
eumelanin, but it can still significantly
influence eye color. Eyes with lower
concentrations of eumelanin and higher
concentrations of pheomelanin tend to
appear lighter in color.

The combination of eumelanin and pheomelanin

is what determines eye color.

Number 3: Toxins

Toxins can accumulate in various parts of the

body, including the eyes. Here’s a simplified
explanation of how this can happen:

1.Ingestion or Exposure: Toxins can enter the

body through ingestion (eating or drinking
contaminated substances), inhalation
(breathing in polluted air or toxic fumes), or
absorption through the skin (contact with
contaminated surfaces or chemicals).
2.Circulation: Once toxins enter the body, they
often circulate in the bloodstream. The blood
delivers these toxins to various organs and
tissues, including the eyes.
3.Eye Structure: The eyes are complex organs
with different structures, including the
cornea, lens, retina, and aqueous and vitreous
humor. Each of these structures has its own
susceptibility to toxins.
4.Storage in Tissues: Some toxins may be
stored in the tissues of the eyes. For example,
fat-soluble toxins can accumulate in fatty
tissues surrounding the eye, such as the
adipose tissue in the eyelids or the orbital fat
behind the eyeball.
5.Blood Vessels: The eyes have a rich network
of blood vessels, including the choroid behind
the retina and the conjunctival vessels
covering the sclera (white part of the eye).
Toxins in the bloodstream can potentially
accumulate in these vessels.

But WHICH toxins?

1.Heavy Metals: Heavy metals likelead,

mercury, arsenic, cadmium, nickel, zinc,
copper, iron, etc. can all store in the eyes
(there is a difference between metals
obtained through food and heavy metals.)
2.Uric Acid: Uric acid deposition in the eyes is
relatively rare compared to its deposition in
joints or kidneys, but it can occur.
3.Mercury
4.Sulfur
5.Titanium
6.Geranium
7.Thallium
Toxicity in The Iris
This however does not mean that all toxicity
shows in the iris. Some people with blue eyes and
no brown spots can still have significant toxicity,
the intra-cellular kind, that does not show like the
extra-cellular kind.

The intra-cellular toxicity is more harmful, but for

the sake of this course, we will not go into depth
as it is for changing eye color- not removing
toxicity.

Everyone’s iris patterns are different, hence why

iris recognition is used. Those patterns are not
random, but health indicators. 2 main aspects
can be observed:

● How strong someone’s constitution is (fibers)

● How contaminated someone is (toxic
deposits)

Fibers indicate how good someone’s constitution

is, how many cells are alive in area, and how
strong they are. The denser the fibers, the more
an area is alive. The more there are gaps, or
empty “holes”, the more an area is degenerated,
weak, or even dead.
Image below:

Toxic deposits appear as colored spots, which

are often brown, but can also be yellow, orange,
etc. The color can indicate the nature of the toxin.
Most people have at least significant toxicity in
the gut area (first circular area around the pupil).
Grayish white tissue indicates mass cellular
death, organic debris and scarring:
These are just some examples of toxicity
appearing, they can show up in many formations,
usually anything that “doesnt match the eye” is
toxicity.

The ideal, perfect eye would consist of

completely tight fibers with 0 discoloration and a
pure color.

This is why “A10” eyes are considered perfect

and the most wanted eyes by many. They have
tight fibres and one pure color.
Here is an iris photo of someone who lived at hot
springs for 6 months, following a complete
protocol of Aajonus’ Primal Diet. The dark spot in
the bottom left area completely disappeared,
while dark lines on the top right area thinned and
became shorter, partially faded away.

Some people may have true blue eyes, covered by

a layer of brown all over. Other people have blue
eyes, with only certain areas being brown.

IMPORTANT:
The true brown eye color (without any toxicity) is
amber.
The true blue eye color (without any toxicity) is
light blue, or A10.
Activity Rings
Activity rings (also called stress rings) are
concentric circles in the iris.
The more rings one has, the more certain
hormones are produced daily that will generate
anxiety, if they are not spent in physical exercise
(or strenuous singing).

These rings appear as concentric circles or arcs

in the iris, usually located in the outermost
portion of the iris near the sclera (the white part
of the eye). They result from chronic tension or
stress affecting the autonomic nervous system,
particularly the sympathetic branch.
Lymphatic Rosary
The term “lymphatic rosary” refers to white spots
situated at the outer rim of the iris, serving as an
indicator of lymphatic congestion. This condition
arises when the lymphatic system becomes
obstructed, impeding its ability to carry out
essential functions such as body cleansing and
nutrient transportation.

Taking Pictures of Eyes

Since you bought this course, you will also have
access to our private community (link above.)

You can take a proper picture of your eyes and

send it within the #eye-pics channel in our
Discord and our mentors will give you some brief
information on what potential you have in terms
of eye color/lightening.

Steps for taking proper pictures (do not send a

picture unless you follow these steps):
– Strong flaslight (can be a phones flashlight)”
– High quality camera, for phones, the
back-camera
– Dark room (entirely dark)
– Close up photo, not angled upward, downward,
sideways (left or right), should be directly in front
of the eyes
The Causes
120 years ago:
– All dairy was raw
– All honey was raw
– Eggs were eaten raw 95% of the time
– Plastic did not exist
– Polyester did not exist
– Water Chlorination did not exist
– Water Fluoridation did not exist
– Seed oils in foods did not exist
– Pasteurization did not exist
– Petroleum-based medicines did not exist
– Antibiotics did not exist
– Medication did not exist
– Chemical sunscreen did not exist
– Chemical Pesticides did not exist
– GMO Foods did not exist
– PFAS did not exist
– Synthetic Dyes did not exist
– Xenoestrogens did not exist
– Endocrine disruptors didn’t exist
– X-Ray radiation did not exist
– Human-generated EMFs did not exist
– Allergies, Autism, Cancer, Heart Disease &
many new diseases were all incredibly rare or did
not exist.

This is why “toxins” accumulate in our entire

body. No it’s not your eyes, usually the eyes are
the last place where toxins are stored and the
MOST rare area of storage.

They first start accumulation in (in order):

– Fat cells (most if not all of them are stored
here)
– Bloodstream
– THEN Organs

We have history on our side.

This temporary mass illusion of “safetyism” will
eventually come to an end.

The reason why the average lifespan was shorter

(despite most people living to 80-90 without
issues) was:
– Infant mortality (doctors touched dangerous
substances like arsenic medicines, without
washing their hands)
– No AC / Heater in extreme temperatures
– Food Scarcity
– Contaminated water with arsenic, lead & other
heavy metals
Quick way of noticing a congested/halted
lymphatic system
If your hands have white spots on them like this,
then you most likely have a congested lymphatic
system:
Action: Detoxify Lymphatic System (remove
toxins in the iris/cornea)
Now that we know the various ways that
toxins/compounds can store in the eye and
lymphatic system, we need to get the lymphatic
system unclogged (again, if you google what a
“clogged” lymphatic system is, you will get results
showing lymphoedema, but everyone has a
clogged lymphatic system just to a lesser extent
(or further extent with different physical
attributes/symptoms.)

The lymphatic system can be thought of as the

“cleaning system” of the body. It is a
blood-vessel-like system that moves toxins out of
the body. It dissolves our bodies’ dead cells,
purges waste, and places it under the skin to be
perspired out. Unfortunately, for most modern
people the lymphatic system and/or skin is
blocked and malnourished.

The most prevalant “cloggers” of the lymphatic

system:
1: Micro particles like microplastics cannot be
“melted” or removed properly, so they congest
and clog the lymphatic system, arteries, blood
vessel, and even contribute to heart disease
2: Oxalic acid (from oxolates)
3: Linoleic acid and other specific compounds
found in vegetable/seed oils (hydrogenated or
not)

So how do we remove these, well there are three

steps:
Step 1 – proper circumstances for removal
Step 2 – removal
Step 3 – prevention
Proper Circumstances for Removal
If you did step 2 without doing step 1 first, then
you would see no progress.

There are two sub-components within this: you

first need to allow the compounds themselves to
move, and THEN allow the lymphatic system to
move the compounds themselves.
Heat.

Heat will be your best friend, anything that will

apply proper internal heat towards your body, will
also allow the lymphatic system to move more
freely by quite literally melting, or loosening the
compounds like plastics and hardened oxalic
acid.

But how do you properly apply heat? You have

two options.

Hot Baths or Saunas

A sauna actually will not apply proper internal

heat, but it will be just enough to get things
flowing.

A hot bath will indeed apply the adequate amount

of internal heat, and when I say hot bath I mean
extremely hot. Temperatures from 103 (bare
minimum) to 111.
Perspire at least every 4 days.

90% of detoxifcation occurs through the skin, the

body sends 90% of the toxins that need to be
eliminated through the skin. However, they are
only deposited under the skin or between
connective tissue, it is still required to sweat
them out. Leaving those toxins under the skin can
create substantial discomfort, skin issues,
connective tissue issues, etc. overtime.

Whether through sports, hot baths, using heat

devices, it is necessary to sweat often.

Not only to avoid potentially severe dmage

caused by long-term toxicity accumlation, but by
also removing feeling of lethargy, irritability, and
make you feel clear-headed and help with better
sleep/overall bodily functions.

Why are saunas not optimal?

Their temperature is too hot and air does not

offer as good heat transfer as water does, so it
fails to increase internal body temperatures.

Saunas are great for sweating, but not for going

deep and melting the toxins within the lymphatic
system. You can do both hot baths and saunas in
conjunction.

The temperature the body is exposed to should

not be above 44.8C (11F), or it will cause some
damage, from what I have experienced.

When taking hot baths, if the water is not

naturally mineral/spring water (which it most
likely isn’t), I suggest adding this formula to
neutralize the toxins within tap water:

LYMPHATIC BATH FORMULA:

-2 tablespoons of epsom salt or sea salt

-6 tablespoons of ACV (raw, undiluted)
-1-3 cups of raw milk (yes, milk!)

If you feel like your wasting time in the bath, I

suggest setting up a bath desk and a computer
so you can do any work/things required whilst in
the bath.
Heat limitations/excessiveness
High heats are more effective but can also have
negative side affects and be quite detrimental for
certain people.

Some individuals should never go past 44.2C, and

others 40.5C (depending on body structure,
weight, muscle, hormones, etc.)

+43.3C can destroy enzymes and vitamins in the

skin
+49C and 7-9 min immersion can cause brain
damage (avoid)

The Hydro Method (most effective, most

taxing)
“The Hydro Method” or rather
hydrotherapy/cold-heat-repeat therapy, is the
alternation of cold and heat to stimulate the body
and cause a larger amount of detoxification.
The hydro method is extremely taxing and
requires enough energy and fat cells in the
intestines, nerves, and in the belly.

Hydrotherapy often involves exposure to different

water temperatures, such as hot and cold water
immersion. These temperature changes can
stimulate circulation, increase heart rate, and
challenge the body’s thermoregulatory system.
This can be physically demanding and taxing on
the cardiovascular system.

Hydrostatic Pressure: Immersing the body in

water creates hydrostatic pressure, which can
enhance blood circulation and lymphatic
drainage. However, this pressure also puts
additional stress on the body, particularly the
cardiovascular system, as it works harder to
circulate blood and fluids.

Detoxification: Despite the taxing nature of

hydrotherapy, it can trigger detoxification
processes in the body. The combination of
increased circulation, lymphatic drainage, and
sweating induced by hydrotherapy can help
eliminate toxins and waste products from the
body. The body’s natural detoxification organs,
such as the liver and kidneys, work more
efficiently when circulation is improved, aiding in
the elimination of toxins.

Stress Reduction: Hydrotherapy can also

promote relaxation and reduce stress levels,
which indirectly supports detoxification. When
the body is in a relaxed state, it can allocate more
resources to detoxification processes, allowing
for more efficient elimination of toxins.

Increased Metabolism and proper Co2 (ANS):

Some forms of hydrotherapy, such as contrast
showers or alternating between hot and cold
water immersion, can temporarily boost
metabolism. This increased metabolic activity
can enhance the body’s ability to break down and
eliminate toxins, as well as switch from a
sympathetic, to parasympathetic, back to
sympathetic, then to parasympathetic (which isn’t
exactly optimal, but required for intense
detoxification)

METHOD 1: (if you are skinnier, smaller boned,

smaller muscles, and short)
– 30m mild heat exposure (103-106F)
– <1m mild cold exposure (41-46F)
REPEAT
do this 2x/day every 3 days

METHOD 2: (if you are larger, bigger boned,

bigger muscles, and taller)
– 5m extreme heat exposure (106-111F)
– 30s extreme cold exposure (36-40F)
– 10m mild/extreme heat exposure (103-109F)
– 30s extreme cold exposure (36-40F)
– 10m extreme heat exposure (106-111F)
– 30s mild cold exposure (41-46F)
– 5m very mild heat exposure (99-100F)
REPEAT 2x in one session or 2x/daily
if 2x/daily in seperate session, take 2 day breaks
if 2x in one session take 3 day breaks

for Method 2, notice the change in temperature

and change in “extreme -> mild” this is the most
advanced method of hydrotherapy, and will work
the most efficiently, but you can go from extreme
heat -> extreme cold -> extreme heat as well, but
it will be more taxxing and less efficient. some
people cannot afford to spend time changing
temperatures in such short periods of times.
Contraception, testicular health, bacteria loss
The motility of semen production and overall
testicle health requires a cold environment, and
exposure to prolonged extreme temperatures can
lead to temporary sterility from a few days to
weeks.
Semen is still slowly produced but sperm cannot
move because of certain enzymes are incapable
of functioning without cold.

How do you avoid this?

Cover your balls with something whilst in the bath

to prevent water from reach them, OR, don’t worry
about it. The benefits outweight the cons.

High heat (like a fever) can lower specific good

bacterial levels within the body and gut
microbiome which is a negative as well. I am
simply addressing the downsides of doing this
method, but the benefits OUTWEIGH all of them.
Hair protection
Whilst in the hot baths, hair can dry, specifically
the scalp, leading to dandruff and scalp issues.
A hair mask with clay, coconut cream, or even raw
eggs can help protect and moisturize the scalp.
More on this and an entire detailed guide on
balding, hair loss/regenaration in the “Hair
Maxxing” course.

Skin protection
The skin will most definetly going to dry out
slowly after long sessions from the water (yup!
water is not moisturizing), and even the toxins
passing through the water. Oiling the skin with
various fats can protect this from happening.

Applying fats onto the skin before going into a

hot bath not only will prevent toxic substances in
municipal water from being absorbed through the
skin, it w will also prevent drying out of the skin
and proper moisture.

Lymphatic Congestion
Lymphatic congestion is caused by toxicity
accumulated in the lymphatic system, specifically
glands and nodes.

The lymph system feeds every cell in the body

except red and white blood cells. The lymphatic
system is responsible for neutralizing toxins,
reducing toxins to smaller substances and
eliminating them through ducts, ears (wax),
mucuos membranes, bowels, urinary tract, and
mostly skin. Reversing lymphatic congestion will
indeed take time.

Lymphatic congestion results from chemicals

from certain medications, pesticides, herbicides,
hydrogenated oils, soy, flavoring additives,
safflower oils, linoleic and oxalic acid (as
mentioned above.) These oils and compounds
harden over time (5-20 years) and are not fluid at
our bodies regular internal temperatures.

Lymphatic baths and the hydro method will help

with lymphatic congestion.
Step 2: Removal
Now that we have gone over the proper
circumstances for removal (hot baths + the hydro
method), we will need to go over ACTUALLY
removing them.

Yes, hot baths will sweat out some toxicity and

melt some of the compounds/non-fluids within
the lymphatic system, but we need to actually
remove the bulk of the toxicity.

Imagine melting a ton of poison and leaving it

alone to re-harden. This is the same concept as
doing a hot bath and the hydro method without
anything else, the compounds will simply
re-harden (yes, some of them will leave through
sweat and the lymphatic systems detoxification
pathway naturally)

So what can we do?

MOVEMENT
Sedentary = death. The more you move, the fewer
problems you will have. This is especially true in
regard to Lymph. The lymphatic system needs you
to move to flush all the toxins out of your body. If
you do not, you will bloat, swell, hurt, and disease.
Always be moving.

It’s so easy to think you’re a fit person by lifting

weights 5% of the day, but what you really need is
a holistic movement routine to flush toxins and
get the lymph system flowing.

Walking stimulates the lymphatic system

resulting in detoxification, cell clearance,
hormonal circulation of progesterone which is
known to balance our fat deposits and toxins.

Walking reduces cortisol which is known to waste

muscles from the glutes and deposit fat in the
belly, ultimately changing our hormonal profile
hence body type

The push and pull our intestines undergo from

moving our limbs and spine back and forth
stimulate bowel movement and clearance of
toxins, excess serotonin and bacteria that are
known to feed on our food prohibiting us from
absorbing the nutrients from the food we
consume, making us fat In summary walking
stimulates, lymphatic system gets rid of toxins,
optimizes our hormones and gets rid of bad
bacteria, lowers SIBO by pushing it into the large
intestines where it belongs, gravity.

The different types of movement for lymphatic

congestion:
– Walking
– Stretching
– Flib Method- or “Lymphatic Dancing”
The Flib Method: Lymphatic Dancing
This method not only helps the fascia (helps
height growth, facial development, etc.), but also
to get the lymphatic system uncongested.

Simply move your entire body, weirdly, at once, as

fast as possible, constantly. You will look weird
so do it in private!
Here is an example of someone doing it:

Skin Stimulation/Circulation: Dry Brushing

Dry skin brushing stimulates the skin and

promotes circulation, which as a result, start
stimulating the lymphatic system, exfoliating the
skin, removing toxins, increasing circulation and
energy, and reducing cellulite. Dry brushing is an
Ayurvedic medicine that has been around for
centuries.

The lymphatic system, unlike the circulatory

system with its heart pump, relies on muscle
movement to keep fluid flowing.

When this movement falters, waste removal

slows, leading to congestion akin to traffic jams
in a city. Lymphatic drainage acts like hiring traffic
guards for your body’s internal highways,
ensuring smooth flow. Dry brushing is praised for
its ability to kickstart this system. By brushing
towards the heart, you awaken lymph nodes,
prompting fluid movement. This stimulation aids
in efficient waste removal and enhances blood
circulation, resulting in healthier, radiant skin. Dry
brushing also exfoliates, unveiling a fresh skin
layer, and some believe it can reduce cellulite.
Technique matters; start from the feet and move
upwards, with gentler strokes in sensitive areas
like the stomach and armpits. It’s recommended
to dry brush before a morning shower to wash
away the loosened dead skin cells.

I reccomend this dry brush, as it is not made out

of nylon, plastic, and synthetic bristles, and
instead boar bristles- no endocrine disruptors,
and very high quality.
Proper Breathing: Butekyo Breathing,
Diaphragmatic Breathing

This method is mentioned across various

courses of mine, and it is so extremely important.

It helps so many different things, including height,

bone mass, hormone regulation, etc.
How?

Co2 and the ANS (Autonomic Nervous System)

which are both directly correlated with the
development of a human body.

Diaphragmatic breathing helps decongestion of

the lymphatic system, switching the Autonomic
Nevous System (ANS) to a parasympathetic state
(PSNS) instead of a sympathetic state (SNS),
increases the elimination of toxins and boosts
the overall immune system regulation.

Diaphragmatic breathing and the Buteyko

breathing method are both techniques aimed at
improving breathing patterns and overall health,
but they approach it in slightly different ways.

1.Diaphragmatic Breathing:
● Diaphragmatic breathing, also known as
abdominal or deep breathing, focuses on
engaging the diaphragm, a dome-shaped
muscle located at the base of the lungs.
When you inhale deeply, your diaphragm
contracts downward, allowing the lungs
to fill with air.
● This technique encourages full expansion
of the lungs, which can help increase
oxygen exchange and reduce shallow
breathing patterns often associated with
stress or anxiety.
● Diaphragmatic breathing is often used in
various relaxation and mindfulness
practices, such as yoga and meditation,
to promote relaxation and reduce stress.
2.Buteyko Breathing Method:
● The Buteyko breathing method,
developed by Russian physiologist
Konstantin Buteyko, focuses on reducing
over-breathing (hyperventilation) and
increasing carbon dioxide levels in the
body.
● It emphasizes nasal breathing and gentle,
shallow breathing patterns to retain
carbon dioxide in the lungs, which can
have a variety of health benefits
according to its proponents, such as
improving asthma symptoms, reducing
anxiety, and enhancing overall respiratory
function.
● Buteyko practitioners often advocate for
nasal breathing during both rest and
physical activity, as well as specific
exercises aimed at reducing breathing
volume and increasing breath-holding
time.

Both done temporarily in conjunction are great

and achieve the most optimal results.
Diaphragmatic breathing is slighty different.

The diaphragm is a large muscle that sits below

the lungs and helps the lungs expand and
contract. Diaphragmatic breathing is a deep
breathing exercise that fully engages the
diaphragm and increases the efficiency of the
lungs.
In contrast, normal breathing is relatively shallow
and does not use the full capacity of the lungs.

Prevention Techniques
Now that we’ve gone over the proper
circumstances for removal, removal itself, we
need to go over prevention of a congested
lymphatic system.
KEEP IN MIND: you’re probably thinking to
yourself- wait, so just a hot bath and moving will
change my eye color?

No. The Hydro Method and hot baths will first

melt the compounds in your lymphatic system,
and moving will redistribute them around your
body allowing for easier detoxification. If you do
this for a good amount of time, you will lower the
congestion of the lymphatic system and finally
allow for the compounds in your eyes to go away.

PREVENTION is key, none of this will work if you

keep re-introducing what clogs the system in the
first place.

You can keep detoxing, and keep gaining

everything back, this will do nothing.

We know what clogs the lymphatic system, here

is how to avoid EVERYTHING, AVOID:
– Linoleic acid
– Hydrogenated vegetable and seed oils/fats
– Overuse of any medication without getting to
the root cause
– Pesticides, herbicides, insecticides
– Microplastics
– Synthetic materials, textiles, dyes (in the form
of clothing, furniture, bedding, etc.)
– Tap water contaminents: atrazine, glyphosate,
trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene, arsenic,
cadmium, and mercury, in addition to
radionuclide contaminants, such as radium and
uranium. nitrites.
– Heavy metals: alluminum, copper, nickel, lead.
– Artificial Fragrances
– Artificial ingredients in food items

As you get healthier, your lymphatic system will

follow.
Nutrition Optimization
Optimizing your nutrition/diet will not only
prevent future toxins from being stored within the
lymph system, but also help the lymphatic
system itself and its transporation/capabilites to
detoxify materials and waste products.
Chapter 2: More Info
Chapter 2 is simply a preparation for chapter 3
and beyond. Fully understanding this information
is crucial to start the lightening process.

What determines color (eyes, skin, hair)

Melanin determines “color”, but there are indeed
sub-types of melanin. The main sub-type of
melanin would be Eumelanin, the most common
type of melanin ranging from brown to black skin,
and then pheomelanin, which shows up in rarer
shades of color in skin/hair/eyes, etc.

This is pretty much the only thing that determines

color, but there are thousands of things that
determine melanin.

Hormones, sun exposure, nutrition, and skin

trauma all impact color.

Why does color change as we age?

WAIT.

Eye color gets darker as we age (for many), but

melanin decreases? How is this possible?

With age, melanocytes, the cells responsible for

producing melanin, may become less active or
may decrease in number. This reduced activity
can result in a decrease in melanin production.

Melanocytes are specialized cells found in the

skin, hair follicles, eyes, and other parts of the
body. These cells are responsible for producing
melanin, the pigment that gives color to the skin,
hair, and eyes.

Melanocytes are located in the basal layer of the

epidermis, the outermost layer of the skin. When
exposed to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun
or other sources, such as tanning beds,
melanocytes produce melanin as a protective
mechanism to absorb and scatter UV rays,
preventing damage to the DNA of skin cells.

The amount and type of melanin produced by

melanocytes determine an individual’s skin, hair,
and eye color. Melanocytes produce two main
types of melanin: eumelanin, which is brown to
black in color, and pheomelanin, which is yellow
to red in color. The ratio of these two types of
melanin, along with other factors such as
genetics and environmental influences,
determines the specific shade of an individual’s
skin, hair, and eyes.

Well, as we went over above- as people age, they

are exposed to more and more toxins, and they
build up and get deposited within fats, then
organs, the lymphatic system and nodes, and
then the eyes.

Whilst melanin production might decrease, toxin

deposits increase (in the eyes.)

Our skin color does not change as we age- but

our eyes and hair get darker.

We know why our eyes get darker, but what about

our hair? (If your hair or eyes got lighter, this is a
rare exception and usually means you are the
small percentage of people who are healthy in
today’s modern society)
Hair lightening/darkening
MANY people’s hair darkens as they age, almost
everyone, you see it on a daily basis- people who
were born with pure blonde hair and pure blue
eyes, 12-15+ years later, they now have dirty
blonde or even brown hair with brown or green
eyes.

For hair- this is because the ratio of pheomelanin

to eumelanin (the relative amounts of these two
types of melanin pigments found in the skin and
hair.) change.

Pheomelanin is a type of melanin that is

responsible for producing rarer pigments, while
eumelanin produces brown to black, more
common pigments. The ratio of these two types
of melanin can affect the color of an individual’s
hair and skin.

In terms of hair color, individuals with higher

levels of eumelanin relative to pheomelanin tend
to have darker hair, while those with higher levels
of pheomelanin relative to eumelanin tend to
have lighter hair.
In skin, the ratio of these two types of melanin
can also influence skin color, with higher levels of
eumelanin resulting in darker skin tones and
higher levels of pheomelanin resulting in lighter
skin tones.

So why does this ratio change as we age- why is

there more pheomelanin than eumelanin?

GLUTATHIONE.

Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant found in the

body, playing a crucial role in several
physiological processes. In the context of
melanin production, glutathione has garnered
attention due to its potential role in inhibiting
melanin synthesis.

Here’s how glutathione influences melanin

production:

1.Inhibition of Tyrosinase: Tyrosinase is an

enzyme involved in the production of
melanin. Glutathione has been reported to
inhibit the activity of tyrosinase, thereby
reducing the conversion of tyrosine to
melanin intermediates and ultimately leading
to decreased melanin production.
2.Reducing Oxidative Stress: Glutathione acts
as a potent antioxidant, protecting cells from
oxidative damage. Oxidative stress can
stimulate melanin production, and by
neutralizing free radicals and reactive oxygen
species, glutathione may indirectly help to
reduce melanin synthesis.
3.Regulation of Melanogenic Pathways:
Glutathione may also modulate various
signaling pathways involved in
melanogenesis (the process of melanin
production). By influencing these pathways,
glutathione can impact the expression and
activity of key enzymes and proteins involved
in melanin synthesis.
4.Influence on Melanosome Formation:
Glutathione may affect the formation and
maturation of melanosomes, the cellular
organelles where melanin synthesis occurs.
Alterations in melanosome function can
impact melanin production and distribution
within the skin.

In summary, lowered levels of glutathione = a

higher level of eumelanin to pheomelanin.

As we age, glutathione decreases. As we age,

hair color darkens. See the “correlation“, or rather,
direct causation?
