EQUALITY: things, animal or people that are the same COMPARATIVE

ADJECTIVE
SUPERLATIVE
(-er ) (-est)
First, we can use 'as ... as' with a normal adjective (not a comparative) to say two things are the same:
Short adjectives: fast faster than the fastest
1 syllable  John is as tall as Luisa (= they are the same height).
1 syllables (cvc) fat fatter than the fattest
 The red shirt is as expensive as the blue shirt.
2 syllable (y) funny funnier the funniest
We can use 'not as ... as' to say that two things are not the same.
Long adjectives: intelligent more intelligent than the most intelligent
2 or more syllables  Lucy is not as tall as Hector (= Hector is taller than Lucy).
good Better than the best
Irregular adjetives bad Worse than The worst  Paris is not as big as London (= London is bigger than Paris).
far Further than the furthest
COMPARISON: one thing, animal or person is more than another thing or person
little Less than the least
A.- WRITE THE MEANING OF THE ADJECTIVE AND ITS COMPARTIVE AND SUPERLATIVE. We can say that something is more than another thing by using a comparative adjective with 'than'.
