• He works in field of astronomy and mathematics • In astronomy = accurately calculated duration of one year i.e,, 365days ,6hr, 12 min and 30 sec. and introduced the concept of lunar eclipse , solar eclipse • In mathematics =introduced the concept of zero (0)and formulated operations like addition, subtraction,multiplication,division and square roots • India named it’s first satellite,launched in 1975 , aryabhata. • Lived around 6th century BCE .( vedic period ).
• Also known as father of surgery. • He wrote literature “ Sushruta Samhita” explained 125 surgical tool for about 300 different surgical procedures . • Also achieved great success in plastic surgery. PRAMUKH SWAMI MAHARAJ
• Continuously worked to spread indian culture in world.
