HORIZONTAL CURVES
SURVEYING 2
- A horizontal curve is provided at the point where the two straight lines
intersect in the horizontal plane.
- Generally, the horizontal curves provided are circular in nature.

Types of Horizontal Curves:

1. Simple Curve 3. Reverse Curve

2. Compound Curve 4. Spiral (Transition) Curve
