1. Introduction
The National Training Week portal is a digital platform that provides all the information
about National Training Week, host all training courses offered during the week and
enables participant registration for all relevant courses.

Course Providers can access the portal to publish courses and process course
applications.

Course Providers can access the National Training Week Portal to:
1. Submit courses
2. Track course submission status
3. Receive and manage individual applications for courses
4. Access dashboard and reports

2. Course Provider Login & Registration
HRD Corp Registered Course Providers can directly access the portal using
their MyCoID credentials as per the eTRiS system.
Note: Course Providers who are not registered with HRD Corp would need to register
in the National Training Week Portal at the Login menu.

1. Visit www.nationaltrainingweek.gov.my. The National Training Week Homepage will


appear as below.

2. From the header menu, click Login and select Course Provider Login from the drop-
down list.

HRD Corp Registered Members

● For Employers or Training Providers registered with HRD Corp, select HRD Corp
Registered Members.

Login Page:

1. Course Providers enter MyCoID and password.


2. Click Login.

HRD Corp Non-Registered Members

Sign Up
1. Select Non-Registered Members.
2. Click Sign Up.

3. Fill in the details and click Submit.

Login
1. Course Providers (Non-HRD Corp Registered Member) can enter a valid email
address and password in the fields provided.
2. Click Login.

Individual

Sign Up
1. Select Individual

2. Click Sign Up.

3. Fill the details and click Submit.

1. Course Providers (Individual) can enter a valid email address and password in the
fields provided.
2. Click Login.

If the Course Provider (Non-HRD Corp Registered and Individual only) has forgotten their
password:

1. Click Forgot Password.


2. A pop-up would appear, enter the registered Email ID and click Submit.
3. The steps to reset the password will be sent to their Email ID

For any issues with signing in:

1. Click Help Centre, which redirects to the default mail application.


2. Send an email to our Help Centre.

3. Course Provider Dashboard

Once a Course Provider has successfully logged in, they will be redirected to their
dashboard. The dashboard displays a summary of all their activities on the portal:
● Submitted Courses
● Approved Courses

4. View Profile

To access the Profile Page, go to the profile icon and click My Profile.

5. Course Submission
5.1 Submit Course
1. To submit a course, click Courses on the side menu. All courses which have been
submitted and published can be viewed on this page.
2. Click New Course Submission.

4. Fill the details as below in the tabs:

Course Provider

● Course Provider MyCoID (Auto-filled)


● Course Provider Name (Auto-filled)
● Person In Charge Name
● Person In Charge Email
● Person In Charge Phone Number

Course Details
● Course Title
● Course Start Date & End Date
● Training Mode
● Target Audience
● Skills Area
● Estimated Course Fee per Pax
● Maximum Participants (not applicable for e-learning training mode)
● Start Time (not applicable for e-learning training mode)
● Duration (in hours)
● City/Location (not applicable for e-learning training mode)
● State (not applicable for e-learning training mode)

Attachments

● Banner Image Upload (Required: If not uploaded, the course will use
a default image)

5. After filling in all the details related to the course, and uploading/attaching the
necessary files, click the Submit button to submit the course.

5.2 Course Status
To check the course status, click Status and apply a filter. The filter option can be used to
filter by status (Submitted, Rejected, Approved & Published, All).

By clicking View, the Course Provider can view all details.

Once a course is approved, the status would change to Published. The course will be
available in the National Training Week portal.

6. Published Courses
Published Courses can be viewed upon clicking Published Courses on the side menu.

6.1 Applications
To view applicants who have applied for courses, click Applications.

All individual applications for each course can be viewed as below.

Using the Status drop-down list, Course Providers can filter the application status from
Pending, Approved, or Rejected.

Upon clicking the Action button, Course Providers will be able to update the applicant’s
status by clicking Update Applicant as below.

A pop-up will appear after clicking Update Applicant.

● Here, Course Providers will be able to review the individual application and Approve
or Reject their application.
If a Course Provider Approves the application, the Individual application status will
change to ‘approved’.

7. Notifications
Course Providers will receive notifications through the bell icon, and an email will be sent
regarding their new course application.

8. Log Out
Course Providers can log out of their account by clicking the Sign Out button on their
profile icon in the header menu.
