There are three ways to sign up for BIDV SmartBanking:

1. Download the BIDV Smart Banking App:

Effortless Accessibility: Seamlessly download the BIDV Smart


Banking app from the App Store or CH Play, ensuring you have
access to your banking needs whenever and wherever you go.

2. Embark on Your Digital Banking Journey:

 Launch the BIDV SmartBanking App: Begin your digital


banking journey by launching the BIDV SmartBanking app
on your mobile device.
 Select "Registration": Navigate to the registration page by
tapping on the "Registration" button.
 Choose your Registration Method: Select the registration
method that best suits your needs:
 eKYC Registration (for customers with chip-embedded
CCCD): This option is exclusively available for customers
with chip-embedded CCCDs. You can either open a new
account (if you don't have an existing account) or add a new
account (if you already have an account).
 Registration using Domestic Debit Card Information:
Utilize your domestic debit card (ATM card) information to
register for the service.

3. Complete the Registration Process:

 Enter Registration Details: Follow the on-screen


instructions to accurately enter your registration information.
 Verify with OTP: Receive an OTP (One-Time Password)
via SMS to your registered mobile phone number. Enter the
OTP to verify your identity.
 Finalize Registration: Congratulations! You have
successfully completed the registration process and are now
ready to experience the convenience of BIDV Smart
Banking.

=> Person Registration: Visit any BIDV branch or transaction


office to register for the service directly with a bank
representative.
=> Online Registration Through App (Existing Customers):
If you're already a BIDV customer with an active BIDV Online
or Bankplus account, you can register for BIDV Smart Banking
directly within the app. This method involves verifying your
existing account details, including username/phone number,
password/PIN, and a one-time code sent to your registered
mobile phone.
BIDV regulations include:
 Articles of Association: This is the fundamental document
that establishes BIDV as a joint-stock company and outlines
its corporate structure, objectives, and powers.
 Charter of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment
and Development of Vietnam 2023: This charter sets out
the general principles and specific regulations governing the
operation and management of BIDV. It covers topics such as
corporate governance, risk management, and financial
reporting.
 Terms and conditions: These terms and conditions govern
the relationship between BIDV and its customers. They
cover topics such as account opening, account closure,
transaction fees, and dispute resolution.

The purposes of system:


1. Internet Connectivity:

 Connected Devices: Utilize devices with a stable internet


connection to access BIDV Smart Banking. This includes
computers, laptops, and mobile phones.
 Mobile Device Operating Systems: Ensure your mobile
device's operating system meets the minimum requirements:
 iOS: iOS 9.0 or higher
 Android: Android 4.1.0 or higher

eKYC Specific: For eKYC registration, an Android device


running version 6.0 or higher is required.

2. Registered Mobile Phone Number:

 Valid Vietnamese Mobile Number: The phone number


associated with your BIDV Smart Banking account must be a
valid Vietnamese mobile number.
 Roaming Activation for International Users: If you are
using BIDV Smart Banking from overseas, ensure your
mobile number has roaming enabled to receive important
SMS notifications from the bank, such as OTP codes and
service passwords. These notifications are crucial for actions
like service activation, device login changes, and password
resets.
